Cons:

No breakfast served, rooms had staind carpet and smelled like dog. Appliances were old, and room had bugs never got the towels we asked for and we're told there are no extra pillows available.

Cons:

The room floor was sticky, there was no bar soap in the bathroom. There was no soap or sponge on the sink by the stove, the advertising said there was breakfast but none. The hallway to the rooms were dark. I’d never stay there again if my life depended on it.
