Cons:

1. Atendimento da recepção desorganizado, com comunicação confusa e baixo nível de entendimento dos atendentes. Perguntas feitas pelo whatsapp, como solicitado, não respondidas, quando respondia era evidente que não entendiam o que eram perguntado ou que não queriam responder.

2. Café da manhã com pão ressecado, qualidade razoável dos produtos, muita variedade, melhor uma pequena variedade com qualidade melhor.

3. Solicitei a emissão de nota fiscal, mas não emitiram.

Local do café da manhã e o café da manhã bons , recepção bom também .

Cons:

Quartos com roupa de cama bem velhas com sensação de sujo . Edredons parecia que não estava lavados . Camas muito velha e colchão com várias imperfeições. Inclusive quando deita vc sente que ele não está firme , bem ruim mesmo . Toalha de banho estavam sujas e manchadas , bem velhas tbm .
