the smell of this hotel can most definitely be better for guest to feel like the air is smooth and not stuffy
poor communication with certain staff members
On me and my partner’s 2nd days of staying, we left our room for maybe 2 hours just to come back to no air conditioning and it was very hot in there. We returned with the expectation of going to sleep so we can prepare for work in a comfortable room. My biggest problem is not being notified at all about any maintenance doing any work in my room specifically. we left all of our personal belongings in and around the room because we thought we were somewhere safe and trustworthy but we were wrong.
room met my expectations
The property charged my debit card for a properly cancelled reservation via booking.com because i needed to change arrival date by one day. The hotel charged me again at the hotel at check in for my new reservation and now it has been a hassle to get the refund from extended stay america as booking.com customer service did not charge my debit card at all. hotel claimed booking.com charged my debit card which they did not.

The staff was great! They were very friendly and helpful. Got me in and out efficiently.
This location has roaches, there were live wires coming from the wall near the bed and the breakfast that they advertise is just snack bars and packaged muffins. It did smell like marijuana in the halls, although it's a non smoking hotel and my TV had a rainbow hue across the screen.
Close to shopping, food, and other similar stores.
The room I was given smelled like pure cat urine. When I asked to switch rooms, the second room smelled like mold and cigarettes.
