Great location... but the room
Pros:

The location was the hotel's only saving grace. Everything was close by and the area was nice.

Cons:

First of all, the description/advertisement of a good breakfast is demonstrably false. I don't think that old coffee and a basket of 2 Nutrigrain bars constitutes a breakfast, and it's definitely not a good one. There was blood on the wall under the curtain of our room. The bathroom floor was filthy. There were no plates, utensils, or cooking materials whatsoever. When I asked for a fork, I got offered a box of plastic utensils, so I could pick my fork out. No plates, or anything of the kind. The room smelled just awful, like a teenage boy's old gym shoe, despite the horrible air freshness they had to try and cover it up.
When I asked for another towel, I was told I had to bag up and turn in the other towels before I could get a replacement. So, if you're someone who likes to use 3 towels to bathe with, you are out of luck. The carpets made you weary of walking around barefoot.
I saw the 6.8 rating and felt compelled to write a more factually correct review, based upon our experience.

Pros:

The sheets felt like sand paper, yhere were stains all over the carpet, there was a patched place behind the bathroom door that was not even painted, it never really cooled down in the room, and it had a strong smell of pot smoking even though it was a non-smoking establishment

It a quiet area to stay at but the housekeeping is poor
