Magnífico desayuno. Cama comodísima. Excelente atención

El desayuno es magnífico. Muy buena calidad y variedad. Además sirven el café en la mesa. El colchón de la cama comodísimo. La cafetería-restaurante la disfrutamos viendo el partido España-Portugal: lo q pedimos de la carta riquísimo y muy buena la atención del personal. Llevamos coche y se ocuparon de guardarlo en el parking. Todo facilidades

We enjoyed the sights and food . San Sebastián is a beautiful city and safe for walking around.

Location very central near to old town good neighbourhood

Cons:

Thought it strange that a 4 star hotel would not supply tea/coffee making facilities. Did not supply face cloths or any toiletries other than liquid soap.

Great experience.
Pros:

Stayed here for a couple night layover on my honeymoon. Staff was awesome, gave us a small complimentary package and were incredibly welcoming. Very happy with our stay and the facilities in general.

Cons:

The A/C in the rooms isn't very strong. It's still more than sufficient, but was the only thing that wasn't a great at the hotel.

Hotel w dobrej i bezpiecznej lokalizacji, miła i pomocna obsługa, śniadania różnorodne i bardzo smaczne. W pokoju premium dużo miejsca, czysto, schludnie, pokój dobrze wyciszony-nie słychać odgłosów ulicy ani osób z korytarza.
