Good location. Good value for the money. Room very comfortable. Great TV.
Pros:

Check-in & out was easy. They always had bottles of cold water in the lobby. Friendly staff & porter. My room was big & comfortable. BUT, my bathroom was very spacious & modern. Nice bed & amenities.

Amazing stay with extra nice staff!
Pros:

The staff extremely nice and helpful, especially the ladies at the breakfast! Amazing! Breakfast with many great options, delicious food. The room is really spacious and clean, bed comfortable. I appreciated free bottle of water every day. Great internet connection.

Cons:

The location is not central but still walkable distance from the downtown.

Averia en una de las plantas
Cons:

Llegue a las 23 y me dijeron que lamentablemente no podian darme habitacion por un fallo de agua caliente y me trasladaron a otro NH. Lo solucionaron bien pero a esas horas te apetece ir a la habitacion cuanto antes. Me habria gustado que me hubiesen avisado antes

Very good hotel, very convenient location, and quiet room.
Pros:

Room very good and quiet, even though the window faced the avenue it was still very quiet. Convenient location for taking the metro.

Cons:

No free bottled water in the room.

Avoid room next to Lift
Pros:

We found our stay to be extremely disappointing, especially with our room location.

During our time at the hotel, we had the lift running right next to our room. Every time it stopped on our floor it alerted the user, with a loud bell chime, this which obviously woke us up too! We had very little sleep. Mu recommendation, would be to deactivate this chime during night hours.

The room was also very hot and the AC did not perform well, even by opening the windows, there was no fresh air as the court yard has a glass ceiling.

We were extremely disappointed. It was not what we expected, as we have stayed at a number of NH chain, this rated as our least popular
