Location, comfort, design, personnel (especially Eusebio!). Hotel staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable, from lending umbrellas to providing extra Nespresso capsules. Room was quiet, bed comfortable, shower excellent.

Madrid is an amazing city and the NH hotels there are very good
