Unprofessional and Not Worth the Price

The location was pretty good

Cons:

We arrived and were assigned a room, but when we opened the door it was a complete mess. It was clear that housekeeping hadn’t cleaned it yet, which was very unpleasant and unprofessional. Fortunately, we were given another room, and we were told we’d receive a gift to make up for the inconvenience. However, the “gift” appeared to be some leftover cakes from the kitchen and a bottle of water, which was quite disappointing.

Additionally, the breakfast cost €21 and was absolutely not worth the price—it was very underwhelming.

Also During our stay, we expected our room to be cleaned while we were out. However, someone—presumably a member of the cleaning staff—placed a “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door in our absence. As a result, our room was not cleaned.

Pros:

Me equivoqué al poner las fechas en mi reserva por Booking. Aunque no tenían obligación, tuvieron el detalle de aceptar un cambio de fechas sin coste. Siendo semana santa, aún se agradece más.

El trato ha sido muy amable, la comida muy buena, la cama cómoda… pero deberían renovar las alfombras de los pasillos
