Perfectly placed for events at the palace. 10 minutes to town centre. Recent refurb. Decor fresh.
Some staff super helpful.
There were a number of snagging problems in my room; bath plug not holding in water, low pressure and only warm water in shower. Some of the lights not working, coffee machine not working and a piece of trim fell off the bed drawer.
There was resistance from one staff member about my problems when I left, mis describing the room while suggesting it was my fault! Not a great look.

I booked king size bed, they provided me a small very small bed…… they told me they don’t have any available rooms with king size bed . I told them I paid extra money for this, they told me sorry, just cancel this reservation if you want…… but unfortunately i was unable to do that:( and room key was not working properly…..
Exceptionally bad. I was charged for previous guest’s stay! Though room was prepaid. Stuffy rooms with windows that don’t open. Rude, overwhelmed receptionist Average breakfast,no gym facilities. Check in was easy, but everything else sucked.
Carpets in the room were very dirty and had obvious stain marks and need to be replaced. The hotel is in a great location, but the reception staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming. The hotel was functional and efficient but again not very welcoming. Very soviet feel to it.
I booked a regular room, but for some reason, they upgraded me to a full suite with the living room bedroom, even its own private sauna. The breakfast was very good and close to any tourist attractions.
A really good and smart place to stay in Chisinau.
Centrally located and easily accessible. Rooms are comfy and cleaned on time. Only downside was the buffet breakfast selection which was quite terrible - on one day there were even greasy chicken wings that looked like leftovers from the previous night! - and not representative of the great Moldovan food that is around.

Good place to stay if you are visiting Moldova capital
Place in the centre of the city hotel provides the best opportunities to explore area by walk only.
A old fashioned Soviet hotel that seems you are in a ghost movie. Breakfast terrible. But the worst part is THE STAFF. Recepcionists are RUDE and ARROGANT. Not even a smile. They never know NOTHING asked. They do NOT HELP IN ANYTHING. ZERO TO THIS HOTEL. Never more.
It was nice to stay at the hotel. People were very nice. Room was clean.
