Die Lage, das Zimmer, die Betten und das Bad waren super. Alles war sehr sauber, die Matratzen Mega bequem und es war sehr ruhig. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Das Personal war umständlich und wenig dienstleistungsorientiert. Abendessen nach 21 Uhr war nicht möglich, die Bar schloss vor der offiziellen Schließzeit (22:00) 🙈

В двухместном номере был комплект Полотенцев только для одного , на просьбу принести полотенца сказали что возможности нет, так как работники уже ушли. Предложили вытереться одним полотенцем, халатов тоже не оказалось
Totul a fost foarte bine
Locatia hotelului este excelenta. Langa parcul Stefan cel Mare. Personalul hotelului este atent la nevoile oaspetilor.

Гарне розташування. Самий центр. Красивий холл, лоббі та ресторан. Номера також непогані але шось шуміло у кондиціонуванні
Дорого. Жутко дорого. Ще й на рецепції неправильно порахували. Взяли зайві гроші. Дввчата на рецепції стараютьс, але вони прям дуже «сирі». Досвіду немає зовсім.
Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet – alles Wichtige ist gut erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und gemütlich, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das große Sicherheitsgefühl, das einen während des gesamten Aufenthalts begleitet hat.
Das Personal war äußerst professionell – stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer bemüht.
Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die TV-Senderauswahl war nicht zeitgemäß und für deutsche Gäste kaum passend. Es gab nicht einen Nachrichtensender in Deutsch, geschweige denn ein normales Programm (Filme, Reportagen usw.). Auffällig war, dass die Mehrheit der Sender russische Namen trug.
I throughly enjoy my 8 day stay at this lovely, convenient hotel in Chisinau. The staff was extremely helpful with things like calling taxis for me and any questions I had.

Best location, large rooms
The windows and doors to the balcony is not opening,they have a weird common balcony for all rooms. ac is barely functioning, refrigerator in a room doesn’t work. On the weekend nobody works , except front desk, of anything broken you meed to wait until Monday. The shower was stock and water was not going down. The cleaning lade has to fix and clean
