The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, right across from a lovely park, with restaurants and coffee shops all within walking distance. The staff was exceptionally helpful and attentive. They assisted with airport transportation and made us feel truly welcomed. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had a comfortable double bed. We will definitely return on our next visit to Chisinau

As I understand the hotel is rather new and looks like not all the processes are in place. For example, they don’t provide sanity and dental kits and when I have asked for those the lady at the reception just smiled, instead of apologising and saying that they will take a note
Location was great, rooms were large, modern and clean. Aircon' worked very well.
Breakfast was quite good. Good restaurant next to the hotel.
Room service was also quite good, but the menu in the room did not match the actual food avaliable, which was strange.
Whilst breakfast was quite good, it was not consistent each day. The balcony door in my room was locked for not apparant reason. Staff did not do much to promote the hotel's wine selection. Staff seemed a bit confised about room service procedures - how to pay - how to produce a tax invoice - what was on the menu etc.

La intrare in Hotel te izbeste un miros foarte neplacut ! Acest miros este pe toate holurile hotelului . In camera insa nu miroase asa . managerul hotelului ar trebuie sa ia masuri imediat pentru a remedia aceasta problema . Exista difuzoare de arome profesionale pentru hoteluri !
Baia e mare super dotata dar ….. la dus nu exista o perdea sau un paravan . Cand faci dus stropesti toata baia , inclusiv hartia igieninca a carui suport este ca 30-40 cm de dus .
Locatia este grozava, parcul din fata hotelului e un mare plus. Camerele foarte curate si mari.
Baia este micuta pt un hotel de 4 stele. Cand intri in hotel miroase foarte rau a canalizare, desi hotelul e foarte curat si in camere nu se simte miros.
Rooms are newly renovated and comfy. Best location if you are traveling to explore the city.
Very good value for money, nice restaurant on premises.
And, of course, tasty wine :) must try a few types. (Pleasant bonus of a glass for each guest complimentary)
AC worked all night, and it did not go below 24 °C, while outside it was 15 °C.
Parking can be complicated around the block.
Staff are junior, expected a more senior approach for the level of the MIMI brand.
There is a smell "from renovation" everywhere, worth installing some perfume/odorization devices.
Brand new hotel, located in front of a magnificent park
The hotel feels really luxurious and the staff is incredible. From the guest relations manager and the receptionists till the baristas who were eager to prepare my off menu drinks. Certainly will return on my next visit to Chisinau
