Personnel charmant et emplacement idéal.
En ce qui concerne la vieillotte et "petite" chambre, il n'y a pas d'étagère... 2 petits tiroirs seulement. Pour brancher la bouilloire, il faut aller dans la salle d'eau car il n'y a pas de prise de courant adaptée dans la chambre. Une minuscule salle d'eau sans aucun rangement possible.

Bien placé près de la gare de trains. Près du centre touristique de Florence.
Insonorisation déficiente, on entendait beaucoup de bruit, salle de bain minuscule. Aussi, il faut laisser notre clé lorsqu’on quitte l’hôtel et personne ne vérifie notre identité quand on la reprend. Il était mention d’un coffre fort dans la description, mais il n’y en avait pas. Petit déjeuner décevant.

Specious room, very Italian decor, great breakfast, lovely doorman.
Esta muy céntrico. El personal muy amable.
La habitación que nos dieron tenía olor a humedad pero nos la cambiaron sin problemas. Hay muchos mosquitos y nos picaron pero solicité un insecticida y me lo dieron sin problemas. Están atentos con los clientes.
