Здравствуйте, если вы хотите испортить свой отпуск то советую этот отель!
Номер который мы изначально выбрали не было нам предоставлено, нам показали номер на много ниже ценой грубым тоном сказали если не нравится можете уходить,далее у нас попросили 240€ чтобы получить тот номер который мы забронировали в Booking! Так как у нас не было выбора уходить в другой отель в связи с выстовкай pitti uomo все были отели заняты и нам пришлось переплотить 240€ чтобы нам дали тот номер который мы изначально в Booking забронировали, несмотря на то что мы заплатили за номер чтобы улучшили всё-таки ничего не поменялось!!!!
В номере не работала КОНДИЦИОНЕР ИСКЛЮЧИТЕЛЬНО!!!, в номере пахнет чесноком, в номере не работает розетки, а также маленькая и нечистая ванная комната, а по поводу персонала это отдельный разговор так как нигде в мире я ещё не встречал такого грубого персонала в ресепшене.
