La ubicación del hotel si tienes que visitar florencia a pie esta muy bien. Hacen limpieza de habitación diaria

La habitación daba al patio interior, el baño no es muy grande y le faltava una puerta a la mampara de la ducha. En las imágenes parece más bonita de lo que es. El desayuno no está mal pero tampoco es una gran cosa y lo peor fue que te anuncian que tienen parking y es mentira, a nosotros eso que viajábamos con coche nos fastidió mucho ya que además el hotel se encuentra dentro de la zona de bajas emisiones/o zona restringida, tampoco tienes un parking cerca que este económico.

Very charming in a great location

Le personnel du petit déjeuner était peu aimable et malheureusement une clef a été égarée à l'intérieur de l'établissement par une occupante de l'hôtel et celui ci a estimé que la clef avait surement été "empruntée" pour ne pas dire autrement par cette personne et a débité la carte de crédit utilisée pour le paiement de l'h^tel pour débité celle ci de 70 euros pour la soi disant perte d'une clef et sans en avertir par écrit J'estime cette procédure peu honnête car je suis persuadée que la clef ne peut être qu'a l'intérieur de l hôtel De plus, la chambre que j'occupais était très petite - on aurait dit une chambre de couvent et le plafond de la petite salle de bain était fait de lattes métalliques prêtes à tomber

A very good small hotel with some traditional touches in a great location.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was very good. An easy walk to the train station and most of the main attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a reasonable size and comfortable. Modern bathroom. And a great breakfast.
