Florence hotel with fantastic location, clean, friendly and comfortable
Pros:

Very convenient location in the heart of Florence, walking distance from the train station and all of the major visitor sites.
Very clean and spacious room, particularly nice bathroom and breakfast although continental was lovely, plenty of choice and the breakfast lady was great. Topping up everything regularly

El personal, jamás había ido a un hotel y la gente tan molesta, sería parca.

Deberían contratar gente más joven.

Hasta la de limpieza fue malcriada, entré al baño cerca al restaurante y le dije el baño está bien sucio y me contestó como que la gente lo está usando.

El trato personal, aunque la subida a la habitación era como un laberinto nos lo explicaron muy bien y desayunamos bastante, muy atentos

The location was good.

Cons:

The room was completely different from the one we had booked. It was not comfortable at all. The mattress and pillows on the bed were not comfortable at all. To get to the room we had to walk to two different buildings and take two different elevators, tiring and complicated. The building smelled bad. The breakfast was one of the worst I have ever had in my life.

Breakfast was varied and good value. rooms tidy and the building very decorated with lots of ornate paintings on the wall and ceiling

Ottima location per visitare Firenze
Pros:

La posizione in pieno centro di Firenze.

Cons:

Trattandosi di un edificio storico ristrutturato ad albergo non tutti i servizi erano al meglio: il riscaldamento ad esempio non era al massimo e mancava di piccole comodità come un piano di appoggio per il bagnoschiuma nella doccia.
