Muy cómodo y buen trato.
Pros:

La habitación limpia y cómoda.
Personal atento, especialmente la recepcionista que hasta nos habló en español.
Muy bien ubicado.

Cons:

Por poner alguna pega, que no me pude calentar la avena con el café y que el zumo no era natural. Pero era bueno el desayuno.

La cercanía con la estación de tren y de toda la parte histórica de la ciudad. Además parecía que estábamos en la edad media x su decoración, nos dijeron que eran la unión de varios palacios.

Proxima estacao de trem, localização excelente para todos os pontos turísticos.
Cafe da manhã maravilhoso e ainda serviço por uma funcionaria brasileira que deu muita atenção! Voltaremos com certeza! Obs tem elevador muito bom!

Consiglio di verificare la corrispondenza di quanto propongono con la effettiva realtà dei servizi.
Pros:

Il Posto è centrale rispetto ai monumenti di Firenze.
Il personale è dotato di una notevole carica umana, nonstante l'organizzazione dell'hotel da parte dei gestori lasci un pò a desiderare.
Hanno dato tutti informazioni esatte e comprensibili.
Colazione abbondante anche se non molto varia.
Di Fatto i problemi della struttura sono compensati dalla bavura del personale.

Cons:

Il problema è la presenza della ventola centralizzata per bagni e aria condizionata e quindi si è costretti a sentire il rumore di chi usa i servizi per tutta la notte.
Immaginate 6 notti su 6 con quel rumore...
Il televisore non ha mai funzinato per un problema di antenna che, nei giorni di ferragosto pare che nessuno fosse disponibile a risolvere... Ma io so che per le emergenze basta solo pagare un pò di più...
Il costo dell'Hotel è elevato rispetto ai servizi offerti (a Roma ho pagato lpo stesso prezzo per un 4 stelle).
Ho compreso che è un problema di gestione: Tanto l'hotel è al centro di Firenze, e quindi avrà sempre camere piene, non importa poi come i clienti vengono trattati rispetto ai servzi proprosti.

La ubicación del Hotel es Excelente.

Cerca del centro histórico y de la estación de tren .

Cons:

Si tengo que destacar algo malo la ausencia de fruta en el desayuno.

Y mucho cuidado en la ducha que para entrar es difícil y tiene un escalón un poco peligroso

Pros:

La propreté des chambres et l'ensemble du personnel que ce soit l'accueil, au petit déjeuner ou les personnes qui font le ménage étaient très agréables.

Cons:

Pas assez de prises électriques surtout au niveau des tables de chevet et manque de lumière puisque pas de plafonnier et la lampe sur pied ne fonctionnait pas.
