The location is right near the metro line 13, and Malakoff was pretty safe and quiet.

Cons:

The bathroom was so small you can’t manage to use the toilet with the doors closed and there was only a small bar of soap. There was no insect screen on windows, so to be able to breathe you sleep with insects all night. There is no fridge in the room, there IS NO AC in the rooms which was a horrible experience especially in the heatwave. And I noticed you can’t door the lock, and when I asked the staff told me it’s for customers safety, in case of an emergency they can get in. ??? I felt unsafe I had to put a chair in front of the door, I have never heard of something like this before.

Je ne conseil vraiment pas cet établissement . Cet hotel devrait meme est fermé a ce jour.

Arrivé dans un hôtel, accueil pas très sympa.
Être dans une chambre au 3éme étage sous les combles sans clim... Avec un ventilateur qui tient avec des colliers et qui fait un bruit infernal. Aucune boisson fraiche a dispos alors qu'il devait faire plus de 40 degrés dans la chambre.
Et au moment de prendre une douche de l'eau jaune marron qui coule c'est incroyable....
J'ai payé 4 nuits et je suis parti des la première nuit.... Je suis déçu que Booking travail avec de tel hôtel...

Very close to metro station, a couple of supermarkets and cafe are near as well

Cons:

During our stay was very hot weather(40°C), so we really felt lack of air condition, but they dont have in photos, not their problem, so just keep it in mind

Ótimo Hotel com boa localização e Café Mas que no Verão passa-se muito Calor sem Ar e Ventilador

A equipe que trabalha nos atendeu super bem, o café da manhã que pagamos a parte foi super válido. A localização foi muito boa próxima a estação de metrô.

Cons:

A falta de ar condicionado ou ventilador nos quartos torna uma missão impossível ter uma boa noite de sono.

Gentillesse du personnel, rapport qualité/prix

Cons:

Quelques petites réparation à faire dans la salle de bain: la parois de douche qui laisse passer un peu d’eau, le support de la pomme de douche cassé… mais rien de très grave. J’y séjournais durant la canicule (40*), le seul endroit frais se situait à la réception. La climatisation dans les chambres serait un vrai plus.
