Chambre avec terrasse très spacieuse, très calme, très belle salle de bain. Piscine magnifique (20m x 20m). Restaurant de qualité. Situation géographique (accès à Gordes à pied)

While my stay at the hotel had its positives, there were a couple of drawbacks worth noting.

First, the language barrier was a significant issue. The staff spoke very poor English, which made communication difficult for basic requests and information. A higher level of English proficiency among the team would have made the stay much smoother and more comfortable.

Additionally, the hotel entrance has a poorly designed bump that caused damage to the floor of our car. This was an expensive and frustrating surprise, and I would strongly recommend the hotel to install a warning sign or redesign the ramp to prevent this from happening to other guests.

Lastly, the sauna schedule was inconvenient. It is closed for two hours during lunchtime, but on our visit, it wasn't even switched on before the closing time, meaning we couldn't use it at all during that window. More consistent operating hours and better communication would greatly improve this facility.
