Very nice hote for great price
Pros:

Very big room with a big window.

Cons:

The television was in the living area of the room on the first floor, while the bed was upstairs so I couldn’t watch tv from the bed

Die Heizung ließ sich nicht regulieren. Die ganze Nacht lief die Klimaanlage durch u war so laut, dass ich mit Ohrstöpseln schlafen musste.

Suurepärane asukoht kesklinna läheduses vaikses elurajoonis Isari jõe ääres. Väga hea ühistranspordiühendus kesklinnaga, lähedal Saksa Muuseum. Avar graraaz kui autoga tulla. Tuba oli ruumikas, vaikne, esmavajalike tarvetega varustatud kööginurgaga, toidupood on kohe hotelli kõrval juhul kui ei soovi õhtul välja sööma minna ja tahaks hotellitoas kerge eine valmistada. Kui saabudes oli toas liiga palav, siis saime avada akna ja toas oli kogu aeg värske õhk. Piisav ja mitmekesine hommikusöök. Pagas on võimalik jätta nii enne kui ka pärast sisse või välja registreerimist tasuta vastuvõttu. Akende ees olid automaatsed rulood, mis sulgusid kui päike akna peale paistis, ühtepidi mugav et ei lasknud toas liiga palavaks minna, teistpid jälle sel ajal kui ruloo ees oli siis aknast väljavaade puudus. Meeldis roheline mõtteviis, et koristatakse siis kui vajadust on.

Cons:

Kaheinimesevoodi oli veidi kitsas (hinnanguliselt umbes 160cm), aga sellega harjus üsna kiiresti. Pistikupesa oli voodi juures ainult ühel pool ja osad lülitid ei tundunud lülitavat midagi. Kohati oli sisustus veidi väsinud, aga see ei häirinud tegelikult, olime korrusel viimased külastajad enne värskendusremonti. Need pisiasjad tegelikult üldist muljet ei muuda, kui jälle Münchenisse tuleme, siis soovime kindlasti peatuda samas hotellis.

В номере было холодно, но есть обогреватели, правда нужно ждать некоторое время, мы остановились на одну ночь, поэтому вечер провели в холоде, у ребёнка были холодные ножки.
Почему не сделать так, чтобы кондиционером можно было нагреть номер?
Не рекомендую останавливатся здесь зимой.
Из за достаточно старой мебели, и из за очень большого количества мебелине по размеру, в номере было не уютно

Die zentrale Lage.
Und dass unser Lieblings-Restaurant, das "Makassar", im gleichen Gebäude ist.

Cons:

Im Sommer 2025 hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert. Bei unserem Aufenthalt jetzt im Winter 25/26 hat die Heizung nicht funktioniert. BIs auf zwei waren alle Steckdosen im Zimmer ohne Strom. Die automatische Zimmerkarten gingen nicht, wir haben deswegen Schlüssel bekommen. Die Zimmer werden nur gemacht, wenn man es verlangt - dann darf sich diese Unterkunft bitte nicht Hotel nennen, sondern maximal Appartementhaus. Man wird außerdem beim Einchecken von der Rezeptionistin nicht explizit darauf hingewiesen.

Der Preis und die Grundausstattung waren okay

Cons:

Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und ist renovierungsbedürftig.
Unser Duschkopf war kaputt und nicht mehr funktionstüchtig. Nach Reklamation an der Rezeption ist er nicht repariert worden, sehr ärgerlich.
Das Becken im Bad hatte einen Sprung.
Immerhin ist es ein 4 Sterne Hotel.
