Hat mehr potenzial.. aber mit wenig anspruchsvoller Haltung - sehr gut!
Pros:

Sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, welches Renovierungsstau hat, eigentlich sehr schade.. weil das Hotel alles zu bieten hätte, was es braucht - freundliches Personal, ruhige Zimmer, gute Zentrumsnähe und ein grosszügiges Parkhaus.

Gepflegtes ruhiges Hotel in schöner Umgebung
Pros:

angenehmes, gepflegtes Hotel, sehr ruhig, vergleichsweise großes Zimmer, freundliches Personal. Kleine Pantry ist ein großer Pluspunkt! Rewe-Supermarkt direkt nebenan. Hotel liegt nur wenige Schritte von der Isar entfernt. Gut mit dem Bus vom Bahnhof erreichbar, weiterer Bus geht Richtung Viktualienmarkt und Marienplatz. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr nettes unkompliziertes Hotel mit zugewandten Personal!
Nachdem unsere 1. Nacht aufgrund defekter Lüftungsanlage katastrophal war, wurde uns ein großartiges Upgrade als Zimmer zugewiesen!

Unser Aufenthalt im Living Hotel Prinzessin Elisabeth war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die schöne, ruhige Lage – ideal, um München entspannt zu erkunden und dennoch schnell in der Innenstadt zu sein.
Der Stil des Hauses erinnert an die 90er Jahre und hat dabei einen ganz eigenen nostalgischen Flair. Die Einrichtung wirkt bewusst klassisch und vermittelt eine angenehme, gemütliche Atmosphäre, die sich wohltuend von modernen, oft austauschbaren Hotels abhebt.
Insgesamt ein charmantes Hotel mit Charakter und sehr guter Lage – perfekt für alle, die einen Hauch von Nostalgie zu schätzen wissen.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good liesure activities (gym, saunas) and a big, comfortable room.
Pros:

Incredible service - really quite exceptional. Great large room either a very functional kitchen. I loved the gym and brilliant sauna rooms. Easy location for public transport to centre and to the south where I was working. Good selection of restaurants / shops in close proximity. Would highly recommend the hotel - I was there 3 nights for work and wish I could have stayed 3 more!

Cons:

The kitchen has the minimal appliances but absolutely nothing else - but staff provided washing up liquid, kitchen towels etc on request. Not a great dislike, but yes, the kitchen lacked some of the basics.

gut durchdachtes Apartment mit einigen mängeln

Tolle Lage ( mit dem Bus insgesamt vllt 20 min vom Hbf, nah der Isar ) direkt ums eck ein Rewe . Freundliches personal !
ich mochte die details in den apartment- das bett ist mitten im Zimmer , aber dennoch gut abgetrennt , es gab viele spiegel , ablagen usw. ich empfand es auch als sauber

leider war das mobiliar bissl in die jahre gekommen und es stand einfach eine holzplatte in der küche herum ?
ebenso gab es zwar geschirr , aber kein spülmittel etc. - wie sollte man also das geschirr nach gebrauch wiederverwenden. denn : obwohl es ein Hotel ist , kommt nur auf anfrage jmd zum putzen und Artikel auffüllen vorbei . an sich gut , hat bei uns nicht geklappt- wir haben an zwei verschiedenen Tagen gebeten und es ist niemand gekommen- insgesamt also niemand.
auch konnte man das warmwasser nicht regulieren- es kam entweder mittelwarm oder kochendheiß heraus
