Max. 2 Sterne Wert-ohne Klima und Luftung

..Die Lage am Usar-Ufer und nah am Zentrum ist gut.

Cons:

Dieses Hotel hat keine Klimaanlage und die Luftung funktuinierte mehrheitlich nicht. Es war im Sommer sehr heiss in Zimnern. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel ist es nicht hinnehmbar eigentlich. Im Bad war nur Duschgel und Handwaschgel, keine weiteren Angebote, die man vom 4☆Hotel erwartet. Sie schreiben, dass es eine kostenlose Bar in Zimnern zur Verfügung steht. Es handelt sich aber um einen Mini-Kühlschrank mit einer Wasser-Flasche. Dann wird es mit Sauna geworben. Die Sauna hat aber bei unserem Aufenthalt "aus technischen Gründen" nicht funktioniert. Insgesammt verdient das Hotel max. 2 Sterne und ist somit deutlich überteuert.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt und gute Lage. Die Parkplatzgebühren von 24,- € pro Tag sind jedoch zu hoch.
Pros:

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Living Hotel Prinzessin Elisabeth in München und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die Lage war sehr praktisch.

Cons:

Lediglich die Parkplatzgebühren von 24,- € pro Tag empfanden wir als zu hoch. Ein günstigerer Tarif für Hotelgäste wäre wünschenswert.

Don’t, just don’t- not worth the money

The location

Cons:

This hotel has gone downhill in the last 4 years. It is expensive for what it offers and is in need of serious renovation to charge what it does . The room is extremely hot ( (27 degrees Centigrade) and all you are offered is a lousy fan to blow the hot air around. The sofa feels ancient, the wallpaper is coming off, the sink is cracked. The staff including the manager don’t care

Pros:

Ruhig gelegen, aber doch in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt sowie an der Isar. Grosszügige Zimmer und Bad. Kleine Küchenzeile mit Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher.

Cons:

Teppichboden im Zimmer.

Im Sommer kann man in dem Zimmer nicht schlafen.

Gute Lage. Betten haben gute Härte. Pantryküche gut ausgestattet

Cons:

Die Straße ist extrem laut, auch nachts. Mann kann auf keinen Fall mit gekipptem Fenster schlafen. Das ist ein entscheidender Nachteil im Sommer, denn die "Klimaanlage" ist mit der Hitze überfordert. Man macht nachts kein Auge zu.

Very convenient hotel for a week’s stay in Munich
Pros:

I a specially liked the kitchenette. Everything else was a good standard but the kitchenette is ideal for our stay. It is the main reason, as we as the location, why come have stayed in this hotel three times.

Cons:

Could do with better tv channels to select from. Was unable to enable subtitles on the tv.

Die zentrale Lage. Die Betten sind gut.

Cons:

Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr abgewohnt. Bad fleckig und mit einem unangenehmen und stechenden Geruch aus den Abflüssen. Flecken auf dem Sofa. Küche verkalkt und alt. Keine Klimaanlage. Alles zusammen macht einen unhygienischen Eindruck. Ich würde das Hotel keinem empfehlen und selbst auch nicht mehr dort übernachten.
