Clean, comfortable, and safe. Stayed with 5 teens in a family suite.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was attentive and friendly! Breakfast was good!

Cons:

The lobby and stairwells have a very strong air freshener. It’s almost smothering. Luckily it didn’t carry into the rooms. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Pros:

This hotel was great. It was beautiful and the best hotel we stayed in. The room was perfect and so clean. It had Dove products in the bathrooms for us to use. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The location was not exactly easy to find. We passed it by a few times and had to do a u-turn.

The room felt a little damp. And every morning about 4-5 am the garbage truck would come and get the garbage and it was loud and woke us up.

It was very clean ....beds was NOT comfortable at all!! And the breakfast could of been alot better. Very cheap for what you pay.

That they broadcast the one in pigeon forge for the other one and it doesn't have a pool at all. And when I said I was wanting to move bc my kids wanted to swim he told me I wouldn't get my money back. But why are yall doing that its faults advertising bc not just us thought the same thing about the pool. Alot of people at the hotel thought the same thing thats why they booked it.
