Relaxation mini vacation
Pros:

The friendliness of the staff. Everything was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable, housekeeping gave extra towels, And the water pressure was An A plus my husband was thrilled and so was I. I didn't want to get out of the shower Lol everything was convenient. And we visited Dollywood

Cons:

There wasn't anything I didn't like. It was a pleasant stay and I hope to come back again

Pros:

Location, smelled good when you walked in, variety of breakfast foods, and that there were big bottles of shampoo conditioner body wash and lotion in the rooms.

Cons:

Bed wasn't super comfy. Our TV only had sound do they had to bring used another. The fact that people can bring animals in, just worried me about how clean the rooms really got afterwards.

Pros:

Breakfast was really good and the room met our expectations! It was clean and the staff was very friendly. The staff was helpful with our stay and we will be back!

Cons:

A few dogs were in the breakfast area even though the sign states for no animals in the eating area from certain times. It would be helpful for the staff to remind guests of this rule!

Great rooms and service.
Pros:

Our room was spotless. I was concerned initially because pets were allowed. Thankfully our room was clean and without any pet hair or stains.

Cons:

The road to the entrance was tricky to find via Google Maps. Turn between Corky’s and Golden Corral.

Mountain vacation
Pros:

The GM, Mike and his staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was hot a varied throughout our stay. Hotel is pet friendly.
