Pros:

Very good location of the hotel. All the entertainment was close by.

Cons:

Bathroom did not have a basic exhaust fan which made us very uncomfortable during the stay.

Clean but could be more comfortable
Pros:

The cleaning crew did an excellent job daily at tidying up our room and making sure we had fresh towels/supplies. The free breakfast was a nice touch to start our day. The location was very close to Pigeon Forge’s main strip. It was easy to get in and out. The supplied refillable shampoo/conditioner/body wash saved me from having to pack my own. They smelled good and did a nice job on my hair and skin. There were many carts to help get luggage to and from your room. Usually, hotels are limited on these, but they seemed to have a large number of them.

Cons:

The bed was incredibly firm. I did not sleep well and woke each morning with back pain to the point of needing medicine. The air conditioner was so loud that it was hard to sleep. My watch picked up 69dB standing by it and 56dB in the bed. The bedside lamp on/off switches are so high, they required us to stand up to turn them off.

Pros:

Easy check-in. Breakfast was good. Service was excellent. Price was decent.

Cons:

Room was warm, even with AC as low as possible. Lobby was extremely hot and muggy!

We enjoyed our stay at La quinta. We Have returned 3 times now and will be back .
Pros:

Staff was pleasant and helpful.
