Great value, great location, great staff, great room.
Pros:

Staff always friendly snd professional, breakfast hot and variety of items for choice, great location for access to the Great Smoky Mountains, restaurants, Dollywood and all things Great Smoky.

Cons:

One elevator might be fine in off season.

Very nice, enjoyed our stay. Will stay again at this hotel.

Easy to get to and park.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything everyone was very nice. Even the people that clean our rooms were very courteous and nice and kept us supplied with towels and what ever we needed.
