Cons:

La ubicación de este alojamiento aparece en Arizona, NO en California, por lo que al llegar al hotel nos comunicaron que no era este y perdimos el dinero y la reserva. El hotel, al comentarles lo sucedido se negó a devolvernos el dinero.

The laminate flooring is literally broken in MULTIPLE areas in the room! There is no where AT ALL that you can step in the middle of the night to make your way to that bathroom without stepping on a broken board and hurting your foot, I actually got a splinter in my foot!! 😡 They are LUCKY Im not the type of person to sue!! Also, the sink was clogged and you cant wash your hands without having to turn it off while you wash. This place is an absolutely DIVE and Best Western should be ashamed to have their name attached to it. I have one more complaint... we booked a handicap room, downstairs after discovering that there is no elevator, because my fiancé is not mobile enough to climb a flight of stairs. When we got to the motel, the lady at the desk said that there was NO handicap rooms available and put us in a queen room UPSTAIRS!! I give this motel a great big FAT F and would never in a million YEARS recommend it to ANYONE!! Do not be fooled by the name Best Western being on it, it is NOTHING like any Best Western out there! It was a miserable night and I feel like I should have received a full refund for getting the splinter in my foot, that by the way, got INFECTED on our trip!

Comfortable room but was charged more than quoted price
Cons:

I was charged $97.54. $20. more than the booking.com price of $77.54. Possibly an illegal charge for my service animal? Have called twice & was told a refund would be issued, but still waiting for it after over 3 weeks!!!!

Check in was seamless.

Cons:

Room was literally falling apart, the power plug came all the way out (is that safe?), the toilet seat was wonky, the door to bathroom didn't close. The bed sheets and towels all had weird stains. Stayed in a room on the side of the highway and of course you can hear the noise all night.

I stayed for one night buy for the money I paid for this I might as well stay in the motel 6 next door and save a couple bucks.

Impressive especially for the price, a new customer is born!
Pros:

It was surprisingly great! Nice updates. Friendly staff. Comfortable accommodations. Continental breakfast was perfect. I will definitely be staying here again in the future

Cons:

My only complaint is the way my navigation system took me, not their fault!
