Prima kamer.
Ontbijt was erg matig. Er was veel op en er werd helaas niets aangevuld. Personeel was spoorloos en onbereikbaar.

The proximity to the freeway
The motel not up to Best Western standards. The entrance door to hotel room looked like it had been kicked in recently, door frame damage top door pin hinge was 3/4 out of hinge. Kitchen table had one broken table leg, Kitchen chair broken. Threshold floor going to bathroom was damaged causing my husband to trip and almost fall. This is not acceptable as he is handicapped and walks with a cane.

Pubic hair clump upon entering room. Floors lifting catching and cutting foot. Bathroom hole in roof from last year. Now with spit who knows what hanging from ceiling. Wife slipped fell in shower hurting herself bad. No grip in shower floor. Sucked! No need to continue on
bed was very comfortable
Our door key did not work. Had to call a maint. person and use a master key to get in.
the room was clean, but we had a lot of flies in our room. Killed 3 but there were more.
The owner was nice
The room smelt like bleach. The room had a navy sheet for a bedspread!!! Cheap furniture. Didn’t feel comfortable.
Would like a refund if possible. The smell of bleach was overwhelming!!

Staff was rude, blood all over the check in counter ( I told the lady at the counter, and she didn’t even clean it up) First room she gave us, was dirty ( hadn’t even been cleaned by housekeeping yet). Then got mad because I requested a different room. The curtains in the room had holes in them ( like moths ate through them)
