Bed and pillows were not comfortable. We had a fire during our staff and no compensation.
Spacious suites
Breakfast was fine, but I was hoping that it would last until 10:am instead of 9:am.
One of my peeves—I am elderly with short white hair. Finding a long black strand of hair in the shower was not reassuring. Rest of room seemed clean.
We were close to everything and the Staff was very nice.

The staff and accommodation were top tier. From the front desk staff all the way down to housekeeping.
Ms. Carter at the front desk was professional, attentive giving 100 percent customer service. The front desk sets the tone as they are your first contact. The entire staff was awesome, but Ms Carter went beyond and above by checking up all during our family's very special birthday/ mother's day stay! We are planning to come back in December from Orlando, GA, and NYC
N/A but I did wait an hour to place food order with Beth. Young man behind bar eventually came to help expedite order. Ivan in kitchen also was great!
Everything it was very nice!
Location to the event, room and staff were outstanding.
Limited parking, there was also another event going on and access to the parking area was restricted.
