Another opportunity to impress me.
Pros:

Customer service at this property is substandard for Hilton. It was impossible to get the type of service I am typically given. However, I had to wonderful experiences with Judith in the breakfast service area and Ka’Mya at check out. Both of these ladies should be promoted or at least given a substantial pay raise. In fact, if it wasn’t for them I would never step foot in this property again. The room and the public areas of the embassy are very nice and recently remodeled, so I do give them five stars for the property itself. Improve your staff, and you will be a award-winning property. Going back in about two months so I will see if things have improved.

It was the worst stay I’ve ever had at an embassy suites hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast and easy location to shopping

Cons:

The room was dirty. There were washcloths left in the bathroom from previous guest. There were no clean washcloths or hand towels either. There was a lack of urgency from the staff to get more up there. I went out for a few hours and came back to more bath towels and no washcloths or hand towels. When I went back down to the front desk, they finally gave me some.
