I stay for the breakfast!

It was the worst stay I’ve ever had at an embassy suites hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast and easy location to shopping

Cons:

The room was dirty. There were washcloths left in the bathroom from previous guest. There were no clean washcloths or hand towels either. There was a lack of urgency from the staff to get more up there. I went out for a few hours and came back to more bath towels and no washcloths or hand towels. When I went back down to the front desk, they finally gave me some.

Pros:

The restaurant, bar, and breakfast staff were great. It was weird that I couldn't til the Evening Reception bartender via a QR code like the other staff though. And one of the front desk girls was perhaps having a rough day. But Dani, the Hilton Vacations representative was so kind and helpful. I'd go back just to hang with her!

From Freezing Cold to Warm & Toasty to Lukewarm
Pros:

My stay had both challenges and bright moments, largely due to the outstanding staff.

After being left waiting at the airport shuttle pickup in the cold for about 40 minutes after speaking with Zion. I called back and Shanikqua immediately stepped in and dispatched Roland, who promptly picked me up. I truly appreciated her responsiveness in resolving the situation.

Upon arrival at the hotel, Shanikqua was the only staff member available to check in a line of about 10 guests. Despite the pressure, she remained pleasant, professional, and welcoming, which made a strong first impression.

My room was cozy and comfortable, and I later attended the Manager’s Reception, where Brandy was absolutely wonderful. She managed a nonstop line of approximately 50 guests throughout the entire reception with grace and efficiency. The strawberry lemon drop punch she prepared was fantastic—so much so that after my second one, I happily retired to my room.
Unfortunately, the hot water was an issue. That evening, the water remained lukewarm and never fully heated, and after a long travel day I eventually fell asleep waiting for it to warm up. I tried again the next morning with the same result.

On a positive note, breakfast was made to order, and Sandra was a joy while preparing my omelet. It was very delicious and a great way to end my stay on a high note.

Overall, while there were some operational issues, the exceptional service from the staff especially Shanikqua, Roland, Brandy, and Sandra—made the experience much better than it could have been.

The issue with the lock could have been handled better with less rude staff
Cons:

We were locked out our room and then out key fob died preventing us from getting into the room. There was a sock from the previous guest left on the floor when we came in.
