Great stay - clean rooms
Pros:

Rooms were very clean and quiet in the evening. Beds and pillows were the perfect firmness offering a great night's sleep! The service is attentive without being obtrusive. The hotel is located in a very nice part of town near the Botanical Gardens. It's not in the heart of the city but a short tram ride away from most of the attractions. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel!

I would totally recommend this hotel!
Pros:

Lovely stay, great staff, nice decor, neat and clean. Atmosphere is harmonious and joyful. Food was great, room is clean.

Pros:

I tried to discuss this with the bar manager and then the front desk manager and was not even given a name of the general manager only referred to as Harry and not available.
Both managers argued with me that I was wrong because I wanted to sit at my usual table and was asked to move because my preferred place was booked later in the evening. Only problem was that I came in at 4:30 and when I left at 6 more than 10 tables in the area I preferred were still empty. Yet in the minds of these so called hospitality managers I was wrong.
I had intended to have a meal but in that hour and a half not a single waiter had come near me to inquire if I wanted anything.
I have been there many times before and considered it my relaxing space. I usually go alone and spend about $100 or more and leave a generous tip.
Today was not respected and argued with. Obviously no training of staff in hospitality.

Excellent food, great staff, wonderful location, very comfortable rooms
Pros:

Room marvellous, Staff excellent at every point. They were helpful, kind, chatty when we were. Great staff. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner also. Really, superb visit.

Very glam and comfortable.
Pros:

Very good beds. Staff very helpful. Great to have full balcony and doors for fresh air.

Cons:

Shower control a bit tricky. Room service very slow. Checkin at 3 pm a bit late.
