La peor estancia de mi vida
Pros:

El aire condicionado, pues eso si creo que era lo unico que funcionaba bien. hahh y el desayuno tambien, de un 0 a 10 por las estrallas que tiene el hotel le doy un 5.

Cons:

La habitación huele mal. Las alfombras del piso creo que son muy antiguas y están llenas de ácaros; yo, que soy alérgico, lo pasé fatal.

Aparte de eso, le pedí un favor al chico de la recepción: que me congelara una carne en la nevera del hotel, ya que la nevera de la habitación no tiene congelador. El personal me dijo que el hotel no tenía congelador. ¡¿Qué?! Un hotel de este tamaño sin congelador… eso no me lo creo en absoluto. Otra cosa sería que me dijeran que no podían almacenarlo, pero no que no tuvieran congelador.

Puede parecer una tontería, pero al final me pareció una falta de respeto hacia el huésped.

Y la cereza del pastel para el final: gente borracha dando gritos a las 2 de la mañana, incluso peleándose. Vino la policía y todo. Ahí ya decidí que no vuelvo a pisar este sitio.

Pros:

Vista espetacular para o mar .
Atendimento exemplar e simpático.
Cama muito confortável e espaço limpo .

Cons:

A televisão não permitia colocar internet e por consequência não conseguimos conectar os telemóveis à mesma , não tendo também a opção de HDMI para ligar o portátil .

Photoshopped dirty rooms and arrogant management
Pros:

Breakfast was fine.

Cons:

despite advertising pool as open ( reason we booked the hotel ) ,on arrival we were told it was closed for cleaning . Miraculously it was open the next day to use but was still being cleaned

Room was dated , with fraying curtains and dirty walls. Room fridge seemed like it had mould.

There are 2 lifts , 1 was out of order for the entire stay . Laundry staff were using the lift all morning so getting from 0 to 6th floor took a 10-12 minute wait.

Very very disappointing and the hotel staff / manager responses were poor , shoulder shrugs .

I would suggest avoiding this hotel at all costs
