Pros:

The pool was nice, and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

Someone needs to check for mold in room 106. The bed squeaks every time you move. The light in the bathroom needs to be changed.

Bugs everywhere!!
Pros:

Location was great for me.

Cons:

Roaches everywhere. Way to many roaches. They come out of the sink and shower. Saw at least 100 roaches during my stay.

A Great Place To Stay!
Pros:

My room was clean, quiet and comfortable plus the HVAC worked as it should. I wasn't expecting much from the free breakfast but it was outstanding! I doubt the equal of those waffles can be found in ANY fine restaurant! If you leave here hungry after breakfast, it certainly isn't the hotels fault because they knocked it out of the park!

Cons:

I'm sorry but I don't have anything for this space.

Cons:

We arrived at 10pm and checked in and walked up to room and door open to our room and god knows who had been in there. There was no hot water for a shower and the room wasn’t cleaned well. Then check out time is 11 and before 10 am housekeeping is banging on door and trying to open and come in, I work night shift so I needed to sleep til check out but that didn’t happen And I’m not a complainer but not happy at all

Though the staff were very pleasant, I would mot feel comfortable staying here again, because of the gilth in the rooms
Pros:

It was good that the property had a large yard in the back to run my dog.

Cons:

The hotel was filthy. The staff kept the common areas as clean as they could, but the floors in our room were nasty. We had to mop the floors so we could feel comfortable enough to take our shoes off.

Pros:

Breakfast was great.

Cons:

Multiple trips to have room key reactivated. Guest Washing machine was broken from Monday night until Wednesday morning and probably still is today.
Guest was cooking in their room and stunk up the whole hallway.
WiFi was weak and extremely slow.

Pros:

The staff was amazing! Room was very clean!
Our water was hot the first night, then the next 2 days it was freezing cold, making it unbearable to take a shower.
Then when we went to use the hairdryer, it wasn't working.

Told the front desk staff about the complaint, the maintenance guy went and reset the hot water heater. Even after that it was warm, but not hot.

The front desk staff provided me with a hairdryer. She was exceptionally pleasant. Even offered for us to move to another room. When I told her we were having to leave for work, she assured me she'd leave a message for the manager. And I watched as she left him a note.

I have yet to receive a call from the manager.

Cons:

No hot showers.
Broken hairdryer
No return call or concern from manager

It was close to my event! Wouldn’t stay again!
Pros:

Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Property was mediocre, room keys constantly needed to be reissued. Room had broken windows. Intermittent hot water. TV remotes don’t work! Nobody was monitoring breakfast to replace items until asked.
