The friendly vibe and all the amenities
The extra bed for kids was honestly rock hard
Staff were extremely welcoming. My kids loved the plushie toys that became like a buddy for their adventure. The facilities were fantastic - the pool was warm and not too busy and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a huge variety of options.
Would not recommend getting room service. We ordered on a Wednesday night and given a 30 min estimate. The food arrived over 1 hour late and the hot food was cold. Get a takeaway from a nearby outlet instead!

Great location for what we needed and very easy to find, parking was close by, just a short walk. The staff were super friendly and the rooms were quiet despite being in the cbd.
