Friendly service, central location, stunning garden view and great facilities. The pool is a highlight.
Location is close to TiTok Entertainment Centre and Chinatown. Our room overlooked the Autumnal Chinese Gardens.
Close to everything
Parking, smelt bad in the reception area and bed was lumpy
The convenient location to the TikTok Entertainment Centre! Comfy beds, nice shower.

It’s very small, only 8 levels and unfortunately not in the best spot for public transport (at least to where we needed to go). You also have to request all amenities for your room - nothing in fridge, no mini bar, a bare bathroom too. Bit of a strange design with the super heavy door swinging out blocking the toilet. Tight squeeze. Pool also very heavily chlorinated, silly me forgot to take my jewellery off and now they are very stained! But otherwise staff were lovely and breakfast was yum.

There’s nothing I didn’t really like
The location for the Tiktoc entertainment centre was fantastic, so close. The room was clean and comfortable, comfy bed and well appointed bathroom

It’s pretty convenient good place to be close to the city
It’s pretty disappointing. I have requested for quilt and 30 minutes later they come up with the two bedsheets they say they didn’t have it because they’re busy
And also we were two adults and one kid and I have requested for a single bed which wasn’t fulfilled as well
Overall experience pretty disappointed not comfortable stay at all
All night, aircon wasn’t going great as well
Great location shops downstairs and short walk to tram stop
