Pros:

Easy to check in and out

Cons:

Nearby car park that was recommended, wasnt accessible. Staff obviously weren't aware of that when recommending it.
In the morning to leave, there was only 1 elevator working, had to wait 15 minutes for room on the lift to.get down to the lobby since there was no stairs

Pros:

Fabulous location within easy walk or train to Circular Quay.

Cons:

Air conditioning is abit noisy. Also for the quality of the hotel, I think they could have better coffee than an instant sachet and a few snacks in the rooms.

Pros:

We always had breakfast at 9am and alot of items had run out- juice pastries pancake mix- male staff member rolled his eyes when i asked if we could have more.

The pool was closed the whole time we were there and that was a bummer. Only one person on reception and check in time is lengthy compared to other places I have stayed.

Pros:

Staff were extremely welcoming. My kids loved the plushie toys that became like a buddy for their adventure. The facilities were fantastic - the pool was warm and not too busy and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a huge variety of options.

Cons:

Would not recommend getting room service. We ordered on a Wednesday night and given a 30 min estimate. The food arrived over 1 hour late and the hot food was cold. Get a takeaway from a nearby outlet instead!
