Reception greeting was friendly. The room was spacious and clean with access to outside air. Tim tams & tea were appreciated. Free parking was selection criteria and easy to access.

Cons:

The heating was noisy but not very efficient. The kettle was large but required manipulation under the taps to fill.

Staff were lovely, reception very helpful
Balcony for drinks was lovely
Entrees in restaurant was amazing but mains seemed hit or miss

Cons:

Sports bar closed at 6pm on Saturday night due to an AFL game on that the staff went to
No heaters on the balcony so very cold in winter
Table service at the restaurant took quite a long time despite being the only people in the restaurant, restaurant staff were lovely though
