Please note parking is located at the Wilson's Adelaide Central car park (the David Jones car park) at 225 North Terrace (directly opposite the Art Gallery of South Australia). We offer 24-hour, 48 hour and 72 hour exit passes offered for a fee of AU$25 per 24-hour period for the car park. No reservation or pre-booking is required. You can park in any of the casual bays (level 2 and above) and then purchase an exit ticket from reception on check in.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Centrally located, spacious and quiet
Pros:

Centrally located, spacious and very quiet room considering it’s in the middle of town. Easy to get everywhere. Nice balcony for breakfast and drinks looking out over the mall.

Cons:

Everything was great! No road access to have to get dropped a block away by uber/taxi, but not an issue as it was expected by looking at the map.

Great stay in a great location

Great location! Good value and good parking options. Very clean.

Cons:

I used to know the Richmond hotel from my uni years and it used to be very glamorous. Restaurant feels now empty and cold.
Room was a little over crowded. Felt a little like every surplus bed and couch was thrown into the mix. Windows are very hard to open and close and the toilet was running all the time. Wasting water and the noise from it is not a great look. I mentioned it when returning the key and it felt like they really couldn’t care less.

Overall would not recommend.

Cons:

The room we were allocated was old and bathroom was outdated and rust stains in the shower. The room door did not feel secure with just a standard door handle with a key. We m asked for a different room and staff were accomodating. The new room was a bit more modern and updated still had the simple door lock. The beds were very uncomfortable and hard. Staffed hours are very limited. Too bad if you need anything after 5pm.
