the staff were all very accommodating, friendly and nice. they made our stay memorable in a positive light.
just the Telly not working but they were all helpful and service provided by moving us to another room.
Weekend Jess could not have been nicer. Moving me to a higher new room bc of the functions going on...
I wasn't feeling great so he also helped pack my things into the trolley...
Also then supported me with a meal from the restaurant...he is incedible...thank you..

Loved the central location close to everything
Room service was only till 4pm, we had one bottle of room temperature water in the room. Went to make a cup of tea and realised, there was not cutlery in the room or plates for food. Tv in the lounge got all the apps but the one in the bedroom was older and we couldn't connect to it.
