Please note parking is located at the Wilson's Adelaide Central car park (the David Jones car park) at 225 North Terrace (directly opposite the Art Gallery of South Australia). We offer 24-hour, 48 hour and 72 hour exit passes offered for a fee of AU$25 per 24-hour period for the car park. No reservation or pre-booking is required. You can park in any of the casual bays (level 2 and above) and then purchase an exit ticket from reception on check in.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Comfortable and central location.
Pros:

Location in central Adelaide.

Cons:

Easter weekend and all the onsite dining and bars closed all weekend.

Great location, amazing if you have a car and need parking, big bed
Pros:

Great central location. The parking was also super convenient right next to the hotel (not attached to the hotel). Honestly the parking itself makes this property a great value for stay if you have a car.

Cons:

Only issue we had was utilizing the TV. We saw that there was a sign saying Netflix snd similar apps would be available but it seemed our room’s TV was a little out of date to support that function. No major impact but more a “would have been nice”.

Great location
Pros:

Very centrally located in Rundle Mall and for the price we paid, absolute steal. We had the Standard King which was HUGE. Clean and comfortable. Even the bathroom was an actual bathroom with a separate bath and shower cubicle. There is an atrium/bar and a basement bar. We didnt use either but will be back.
Self checkout was super easy

Nothing. Look forward to coming back.

The good and the bad
Pros:

So convenient .
Staff fantastic 👏 👌

Cons:

Door in bathroom won't close
No door on wardrobe very poor for the money.
Fridge surrounds sticky.
NO SPOONS ! Think we are worth more then a couple of paddle pop sticks !

Pros:

Location was excellent and front office staff friendly and helpful. Very good bed and pillows.

Cons:

Room was very dated and furniture should have been replaced years ago. Security didn't appear to be great as when front door was locked all day Sunday you could get the lift to any floor from the basement bar. Seemed a strange set up.

Cons:

The provisions left in the bathroom had lids open and were all half used, hand wash. Fire alarm was set off and had to evacuate because the door was opened to access the toilet while I was in the shower. All had to evacuate, no fans work in the bathroom. Was very loud to stay when restraunt and facilities were booked for private function, so unable to attend.

Our room was large and included a loungeroom. The room was quiet which was surprising given it's in Rundle Mall during festival season. Wonderful central location.
