La ubicación buena aunque nos dijeron que tuviéramos cuidado con los celulares el desayuno muy deficiente, limpieza y atención del personal muy bueno si lo recomiendo ya es viejo pero funcional

Very good and central hotel, the only problem is that you can not bring food to the hotel.
Some times you do not fisnih your meal and want to take to the hotel to save money, but the hotel does not allow you to get inside with food, only with water and few drinks.

Good located, free sight in front of nice park. With Skyline on the 13 floor.

Loved the location and the room. The staff was just rude and cold, but spent most of my time out of the hotel so it was fine!

Very good for the price. Staff excellent.
Room quiet and beds comfortable. Cupboard door about to fall off it's hinges though.
Free WiFi in public areas ok but very spotty in 3rd floor bedroom.
Breakfast buffet fresh and varied and nicely presented.
Location good - a nice park nearby and all sights within walking distance.

Great location and rooftop. But the hotel rooms need urgent renovation - I did not accept the room assigned on my check in, for instance.

We will never stay in this property.
We came to the hotel around 10 am
I understand that the checking time was 2 pm.
I had to be out to buy some medicine and return the car. I could not come back till 5 pm.
My was sitting there all that time.
They did not allow her to enter the room, till they are paid upfront. My wife requested that she is tired of long jorney, and told that i will pay when i am back.
They did not allow her to entet room.
I am traveling for the last 18 years. I have traveled in more than 85 countries.
This was the worst experience.

Very courteous staff. Our room is a little dated but clean. Perfect location for exploring the city.

Nossa estadia foi prazerosa, localização do hotel perfeita, a hospitalidade dos colaboradores, toda informação solicitadas atendidas, passeios, cambio, táxis, o café da manhã poderia ser um pouco melhor, mais pra quem gosta a contento, sentimos falta do pão francês de cada dia, um bom custo beneficio.

funcionarios, recepção, atendentes... Funcionarios mt gentis e solicitos, localizacao otima, e segura cafe da manha gostoso e limpo. Ficamos em um quarto no 11 andar, com 3 camas de solteiro (a foto no site era bem diferente), o chao do banheiro, carpete e cortinas bastante encardidos.

Já sou frequentadora antiga deste hotel . Super recomendo . Fica num ponto excelente. Perto de tudo. Podemos ir caminhando até o teatro Colón e a Rua Florida.
