relaxing and peacful break
Pros:

The room size, cleanliness, toiletries and comfort of the bed, along with a room with no external sound leant to a relaxing break. Breakfast was exceptional - nothing lacking. The staff were also fabulous especially at reception.

Overpriced hotel in a nice location

Location, room, view, cleanliness, mini bar

Cons:

Breakfast at 10:00 was terrible. Pancakes and waffles were stale, the selection of food was very limited. Bottles of juice and water were empty. Even if it’s not 7:00, I’d like to have breakfast, not scraps.
There was no hair conditioner in the room. Air conditioner is too loud.

Rooms and good but the staff and the facilities need big improvement

The rooms were nice and comfortable

overall old hotel, staff was not very welcoming especially because we got sick and they didn’t bother at all

Pros:

This hotel is better than many 5 stars hotels I stayed in Zurich including Park Hayat and it’s priced very well for what they offer the staff is very well trained the check in the person who takes your luggage’s you feel the professionalism that is lacking in so many 5 stars hotels in Zurich I was pleased with the room quiet like you were on your own island I slept like a baby the quality of the bedding and the room is bigger than what I expected I finally found my hotel I. Zurich

The quality of the eggs for brekfeast you need to buy better quality to have better omelette and better taste if it was not that I would have rated you 10
