Das Zimmer war mit Blick auf den See, aber steht in keinem Verhältnis zum Zimmerpreis, da hätte ich eine Suite erwartet , am Samstag Abend wurden die Handtücher nicht gewechselt, wir hatte auch am Samstag Probleme im Restaurant mit einem Tisch für 5 Personen, wir sollten den Tisch wechseln, weil wir angeblich im falschen Bereich saßen, das wurde uns aber so angeboten und am Sonntag hatte ich extra gefragt wann wir aus dem Zimmer müssen, 12.00 Uhr.
Um 10.00 Uhr hatten wir unsere Gepäck ins Auto geräumt und saßen dann beim Frühstück, ich hatte nicht ausgecheckt und wollte dann auf mein Zimmer um noch einiges zu erledigen, das Zimmer war komplett geräumt , ich weiß bis heute nicht ob noch was im Zimmer lag, wer das genommen hat und überhaupt ist das eine Unverschämtheit und ich möchte einen Teil des Zimmerpreises erstattet haben!
Ich habe mich sehr über diese Umstände geärgert und kann dieses Hotel gar nicht empfehlen oder gut bewerten.

We got there with my wife having her leg broken, then welcomed us , helped with luggages and provided a wheelchair.
They even changed our room to an accessible one.

Elevator is a bit wide with a wheel chair.
Dinner in the hotel restaurant was special, but dishes were small and not worth the price.

Everything was absolutely great! Staff were so welcoming, polite, helpful, and friendly. The room was beautiful with a stunning view to the lake. So clean and comfortable.
At the time of our stay, construction was ongoing in the street in front of the hotel, which was noisy during the day. However, it is understandable that the hotel could not do anything about that, and it did not affect our positive feeling about our stay. I definitely recommend this hotel to whoever is planning to stay in Zurich!

Doors of the bathroom are sliding but not practical.When they got into the wall it is hard to pull them out.
