Rooms and the general atmosphere is really good.Convenient location.
Doors of the bathroom are sliding but not practical.When they got into the wall it is hard to pull them out.
Everything was absolutely great! Staff were so welcoming, polite, helpful, and friendly. The room was beautiful with a stunning view to the lake. So clean and comfortable.
At the time of our stay, construction was ongoing in the street in front of the hotel, which was noisy during the day. However, it is understandable that the hotel could not do anything about that, and it did not affect our positive feeling about our stay. I definitely recommend this hotel to whoever is planning to stay in Zurich!

The junior suite was exceptional and the wellbeing amenities available before bed were amazing - options such as hot milk, eye mask, sleep spray.
The aesthetics of the hotel were also really chic.
