Pros:

Einige MitarbeiterInnen waren sehr freundlich - andere richtig überheblich - Frühstück war normal

Cons:

Die erste Nacht sind wir in ein Zimmer gebracht worden - furchtbar, die Fenster waren nicht dicht, es hat gezogen, es war kalt ( die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert und es war Februar - kalt und nass) und man ist sich vorgekommen, als würde man auf der Straße direkt sitzen, Laut und sehr ungemütlich, zudem ist noch das Parkett frisch gebohnert gewesen - diese Dämpfe - ekelhaft, ich konnte die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen - und das Personal an der Rezeption ist richtig unfreundlich gewesen, als ich gefragt habe ob nicht ein Ausweichzimmer möglich wäre - schließlich wurden wir umquartiert und dieses Zimmer was klein, die Fenster abgedichtet und es war endlich warm. Kein eigener Parkplatz - Tiefgarage, die man noch dazu bezahlen muss - man bezahlt zwar deftig aber man darf sich keine entsprechende Leistung erwarten. Ich war sehr enttäuscht.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Personal war super freundlich, immer zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war auch ausgesprochen lecker, alles was man braucht.
Das Fitnessstudio ist etwas wenig an Geräten, jedoch ausreichend.

A lovely stay with great breakfast and a perfect location by the lake.
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. The room was comfortable and perfectly sufficient.
The location is excellent — it’s very close to everything, and ideal for taking walks along the lakeside. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel and I would definitely recommend it.
