Das Frühstück Angebot war sehr gut
Die Lage war ausgezeichnet

Cons:

Der Service war nicht sehr gut. Wir haben lange Warzen müssen, um überhaupt eine Kaffee Bestellung aufgeben zu können. Ich hatte zusätzlich ein Egg Benedict bestellt, was trotz Nachfrage gar nicht gekommen ist. Für ein 5 Sterne Haus ist das kein angemessener Service

Sehr sauberes altes Hotel in toller Lage und mit sehr viel Stil
Pros:

Es war überall sehr sauber und bei der Ausstattung wurde an alles gedacht. Die Dekoration ist sehr stilvoll und gemütlich. Das Essen war qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Der Blick auf Frankfurt ist fantastisch.

Cons:

Sehr viele der Servicekräfte waren sehr unsicher und haben falsche Auskünfte gegeben. Da es alles jüngere Mitarbeiter waren, sind sie eventuelle auch noch in der Ausbildung oder wurden schlecht eingearbeitet. Eine Servicekraft hat sich bei uns über den Vorgesetzten beschwert, was ich unangebracht und belastend empfunden habe.

Tolle Lage, Service ausbaufähig!
Pros:

Die Lage ist traumhaft, eine tolle Sicht über die Skyline. Das Personal ist nett und freundlich. Unser Zimmer waren sehr groß und für uns 4 perfekt.

Cons:

Leider war die Heizung im Schlafzimmer defekt, es war sehr kalt. Besonders jetzt im Winter. Das Schwimmbad ist ebenfalls sehr kühl und nicht fürs lange Schwimmen gedacht. Und sehr klein für so viele Gäste.
Ich muss mich glutenfrei ernähren und es gab lediglich Schär Toastbrot, keine Brötchen und keine Auswahl.
Beim Frühstück muss man ewig auf Bestellungen warten und dann sind sie oft falsch. Service beim Frühstück katastrophal. Essen im Restaurant viel zu teuer. 41€ für ein Schnitzel. Für eine vierköpfige Familie unfassbar teuer.
