Cons:

Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen. Personal war beim Frühstück und strahlenden Sonnenschein völlig überfordert und für den Innenbereich ausgelegt. In einem 5 Sterne Haus will ich nicht hören. „Sie können schon rausgehen aber das kann dauern“

Wunderbarer Blick von der Terrasse über Frankfurt. Ausgezeichnetes Essen und sehr freundliches Personal.

Klimaanlage wäre schön gewesen und das Zimmer hatte einen seltsamen Schnitt. Blick vom Pool auf die Skyline vom FFM mit Hecke versperrt. WLAN im Zimmer sehr schwach

Uitstekende keuze voor zeer mooi hotel maar gastvrijheid is beperkt

Is een statisch en iconisch pand, kamers zijn zeer ruim en mooi ingericht

Cons:

De service en vriendelijkheid van het personeel was niet wat we zouden verwachten in dit hotel, met name in het Landgut restaurant was de service en bediening niet vriendelijk

La vista desde la habitación era increíble

Cons:

El spa era extremadamente pequeño y si bien dicen que la piscina es climatizada realmente no pudimos usarla.....estaba helada el agua. Para lo que sale me parece que no vale....
