Great hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

Excellent location close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs de Elysees and just 15 minutes walk from the Eiffel tower. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The rooms were completely sound proofed so you couldn't hear a siren on the street outside, if the windows were closed. Comfortable beds, quiet aircon and tasty breakfast.

I would stay here again!
Pros:

This hotel was everything I wanted considering the location and price and I did search a lot of options. It is close to the several metro options , cafes/restaurants, a pharmacy and a wonderful little bakery. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I was there on a Monday-Thursday and was lucky to get a corner unit with a picture book view the streets and cafes below. The room size was a bit larger then most European standards and the bathroom was very much up to date. Perfect size for one or 2 people.

Cons:

Banheiro é péssimo, o banho nao tem box e cortina, o banheiro fica todo alagado após o banho e vc tem que ficar andando sobre o alagamento

Quartos minusculos, nao se consegue abrir uma mala grande
