Pros:

La habitación espaciosa, muy limpia. La vista increíble. No se filtraba ningún sonido fuera de la habitación. Buen sistema de calefacción y aire acondicionado. Muy linda ambientación e interiorismo. La cama y las almohadas espectaculares, hiper cómodas.

Cons:

Me pareció que el hotel no estaba a la altura de un hotel 5 estrellas. En primera medida no nos dejaron dejar efectivo de garantía, nos dijeron que solo podíamos tener tarjeta de crédito (muy inusual ya que en muchos hoteles sí te aceptan efectivo o tienen otras alternativas) de no tenerla no podríamos habernos hospedado. Nadie nos explicó las instalaciones del hotel ni donde estaban (piso del gimnasio, piscina... etc). El teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba. No había batas, pantuflas, crema para el cuerpo (en hoteles 5 estrellas siempre hay). Siendo el Hilton de Puerto Madero esperaba que el jugo de naranja no sea el de cartón.
También me pareció mal organizado que haya solo 1 persona para hacer el check out cuando había un evento en el hotel con muchas personas, entonces se acumulaba mucha gente queriendo hacer el check out.

Confortável estadia em Puerto Madero
Pros:

Do quarto, do banheiro, do andar lounge, onde os funcionários foram muito bons, especialmente o Cláudio que foi muito atencioso com a gente!

Cons:

A localização é boa para quem curte ficar em Puerto Madero, mas achei meio distante das outras atrações da cidade. Andar dali até o centro não é tão longe, mas meio cansativo. Os restaurantes são bons, mas não têm muitas opções de sanduíches, snacks e de coisas leves para se comer à noite.
