Great hotel with great staff! The area was perfect for us even though it was further from the main tourist areas. The nature preserve is a short walk away and beautiful to run in the morning! The rooftop pool was great for relaxing and getting sun in between visiting new areas of the city. All the staff were great and so helpful! We would definitely stay here next time in BA!!
Great service by Martin in El Faro restaurant. He went over the top with genuine warm service. He’s a true original. Made a quiet night staying in wonderful
The hilton buenos aires , concierge Ana was very helpful in advising us to go to Villegas for excellent beef meals. This was the best meal that we had in buenos aires. Thank you Ana.
We stayed here for 2 weeks from 17th -31st January. Everything about this hotel was Excellent, it's modern, light & bright and close to Port Madero.
The hotels best point is the amazing staff and the brilliant service that we experienced during our 2 week stay. They were friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
Unfortunately, my wife had an accident on our first day in Buenos Aires whilst out sight seeing, requiring an overnight stay in hospital. When we returned to the hotel, we were met by Andrea the Front of House Superviser. Andrea was excellent, very understanding and offered the hotel laundry service and room service as my wife had broken her Jaw in 2 places along with some other injuries.
From then on, the entire staff and it's not a small hotel, seemed to know us and always asked how my wife was.
The shining stars included the Conciege Desk, both Martin and especially Lautaro for acting as Translator for us. 10/10 for Lautaro for going that extra mile. Also, Kevin the Bell Boy who swas o friendly and couldnt do enough for us.
The restaurant staff including Katherine (Kate) and Desiree, agaim for whom nothing was too much trouble especially providing the daily Smoothies for my wife. 10/10.
Thank you also to Fernando Martinez, Director of Operations for everything.
Finally, if we return the Buenos Aires we wouldnt consider go anywhere else.
Really nice hotel in a great location. The business lounge is very useful for breakfast and drinks in the evening. Staff are very nice and especially Lourdes in the business lounge, who always is so kind and attentive. Thank you!!! The check-in staff are very pleasant and kind as well. Overall - always a great stay.
The hotel is nice. It does need some upgrades (electricity went out during my stay and my Tv never got back on line). However, the staff is wonderful. Starting at the reception with Victoria who solved some issues I had with my reservation to Glenda in the executive lounge who really made me feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel.
Our check-in was smooth and efficient from JUAN, a pleasant young man who was very helpful.
Had a light meal at Alberto’s Lobby bar late the night we arrived for our one night stay. Food was great and service was excellent from EZAQUEL and RAMIRO!
6th floor room was lovely. Hotel lobby is spectacular in design and restaurants looked nice though we only had breakfast in one of them.
I stayed only one night pre-cruise. I was travelling solo and was a bit nervous about doing so in a city I knew little about. But the Puerto Madura area felt really safe (always take sensible precautions wherever you are) and the whole area was great. The Hilton was excellent. It’s a huge hotel and clearly a favourite for conferences and pre-cruise stays. From the massive lobby, to the welcoming staff, the good choice of food options and the large room, I was very pleased with my choice of hotel. The concierge had looked after my bag as I had arrived too early to get my room key. He remembered who I was when I went back the next day to enquire about getting a taxi to the port and made sure that I got in a cab taking credit card payment. My only regret was not staying here longer. The hotel is a bit on the pricey side but I considered it well worth it.
I always have a great experience here- the quality of the rooms and service provided are the best in the world. The staff are always incredibly helpful and the meals are great. Highly recommend.
Service was perfect
Fantastic service at the Executive Lounge! Claudio, Glenda, Alexis, and Jember were warm, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about Buenos Aires. Truly made our stay memorable!
Excellent hotel in a safe location. Check in was efficient, friendly and professional. Our requests for a quiet room (reception side of hotel overlooking Juana Manso) was honoured. Noisy nightclubs are on the other side (breakfast dining room side). We were allowed to check-in early. Due to our requests plus early check-in we were asked if we would accept a room with two beds instead of one king. This was not an issue, as the room had plenty of space with an additional bed.
The room was comfortable with plenty of space. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The huge bathroom with separate rainfall shower and tub was extremely functional with plenty of high-quality towels. As mentioned in previous reviews, and I agree that the bathroom / shower floor is slippery when wet.
Breakfast is excellent with fresh fruits, baked goods, cooked to order eggs, a variety of juices and great coffee. Service at breakfast was 100% and we found the waiter(s) / waitress(s) to be very attentive, especially Danlo who is professional, attentive and friendly. The bar area offers excellent drinks, local beer on tap and excellent food.
The hotel is in an area, with plenty of restaurants, stores, and money exchange (negotiate as rates vary) close by. The hop on / hop off bus is right there. The hotel offers private drivers at $75/hr. U.S. Non-English speaking & $100/hr. U.S. English speaking and airport transfers at a cost.
We felt safe walking in the area by the hotel and white bridge in the evening.
There is a kettle, fridge, iron with board in the room. There is plenty of separate storage space for luggage and bags. The outlets in the room vary. Some are 240 v Argentina or Australian type, USB, 2 / 3 PIN Europe, Canada / USA polarized but 240V. I found the Canada 2 prong loose in one outlet so used my Australian adapter, and this adapter gave more opportunity as obviously more Argentinian type outlets. SEE PHOTO
Good sapacious rooms. A bit old, but overall comfy rooms
Horrible guest experience and staff. They took 45 minutes to check us in. Demanding a huge 500 USD cash deposit for each room ( we were 3 rooms). When told we'd like to pay the deposit with card, they asked us to tell ( dictate) them our credit card CVV so they can block the deposit from there ( not swipe through a POS - dictate it) . Very sketcky and unprofessional. Have stayed in many Hiltons, never have i ever been asked to pay 500 usd deposit for my room.
