Pros:

Instalaciones exceletes: bar excelente. Falta pileta climatizada y algún secctor de spa gratuito.

Cons:

Restaurant con buena atención, la comida decía mas con palabras que con sabores, los vinos prodrian mejor ampliamente. Mza ofrece grandes vinos a buen precio.

Mal uso de la tarjeta de crédito de garantía
Cons:

Nos quedamos 2 noches y nos hicieron el cobro correspondiente de 1.586.00 por IVA y en estacionamiento y en el intermedio nos hicieron un gasto en la tarjeta por 18.480 mil pesos sin justificativo alguno. Revisamos los gastos de la tarjeta y encontramos ese gasto por todo ese momento

Cons:

Es viernes a la noche pedí a la habitación un champagne francés cliquot cuando lo abrí se notaba que tenía otro color y era trucho ,cuando llame se presentaron 2 personas de alimentación y le pedí que escanearan la botella y le salía falsa ( la respuesta fue tenemos todas las botellas así ,vamos hablar con el proveedor ) era un botella de $440.000,no esperaba que me regalen algo solo disculpas . Saludos

Buena ubicación para disfrutar de Puerto Madero. Instalaciones muy correctas

Cons:

Llegamos cansados y con la idea de tomar una merienda y es por agenda. Un sistema lamentable. Lo comprendo para la gente que viene de afuera pero para los huéspedes no debería existir dicha restricción.
