Pros:

La ubicación, las instalaciones

Cons:

Me dieron una habitación en el primer piso y la ventana daba a un sector que era aparentemente de carga y descarga, a partir de las 5:30 ya no se podía dormir, las ventanas no tienen buena insonorización

The hotel looks nice, but if you like nightclub noise and mingling with very loud guests this is a perfect place for you
Pros:

We stayed here for one night after travelling from the UK. We chose this hotel because the following day we were taking a trip to colonial del Sacramento in Uruguay and this hotel was handy for the port.

The foyer was quite impressive. Check-in was easy and we were in a room on the ninth floor which was an executive room and looks like it had been refurbished quite recently.

The room itself was comfortable.

As part of the executive club we had access to a lounge which served a happy hour drinks and snacks between the hours of 6-8pm.

The lounge was spacious however it was extremely noisy full of lots of loud tourists who all seem to want to compete with each other in terms of volume. This rendered the experience a little bit contradictory to what it was supposed to be before i.e. relaxing. There were people on video calls with their family talking loudly and just generally it wasn’t a particularly nice environment.

There was also a nightclub opposite the hotel which started playing music around midnight and it was still going at 6 am when we got up in the morning. Luckily, we were quite heavy sleepers and we had the air-conditioning on full power to drown out the noise. It’s a shame the hotel doesn’t tell you about this but clearly they’re not going to otherwise no one wants to stay here. My recommendation will be to ask for a room at the back of the hotel not overlooking the waterfront.

The next morning breakfast was served in the same executive lounge, it was actually quite nice because none of the loud guests from the previous was actually up at that point. It was quiet.

All in all it was a reasonable stay. If you like nightclubs and loud tourists, this is the place for you.

Cozy and comfortable
Pros:

Amazing location and facilities. The hotel staff (all of them, front desk, concierge and valet) was super helpful and attentive and made things quick and easy. The rooms were comfortable and that was specially important because I travel with 4 kids, two of them 2 yrs old.

Pros:

The bartender Freddy was amazing. Our smoked old-fashioneds’s were the best I ever had. I can’t wait to come back and see him so I can have a repeat of this extraordinary night.

Smooth operation and very comfortable
Pros:

Location is perfect
Staff are all helpful and efficient especially front office (reception concierge etc)
Room large and comfortable
Great gym, far better than most hotels
Executive lounge better than most

Cons:

I stayed for a week. For 2 days there was a large convention and the ground floor public areas were absolutely rammed during breaks and lunchtime. The hotel staff coped well with the crowds and it’s good to see a really busy thriving business but it was a bit overwhelming at times.

Wonderful trip to Hilton Buenos Aires
Pros:

We visited the Hilton Buenos Aires for two separate trips during February 2026 and had a wonderful stay on both occasions. The hotel has an impressive lobby with excellent bar, restaurant and shop outlets. The check-in experience was pleasant and efficient and as a Diamond Member, I was pleased to be given a room upgrade, at least for the first of my two stays.

The rooms are very modern and beautifully kept. The view from the room across to the city on my second stay was stunning. There are very good gym and pool facilities too.

We used the Executive Lounge a lot and the facility is large with plenty of seating, TV, library etc., and even a pool table. The outside terrace is also very pleasant. The big plus is the staff. All the staff in the hotel were extremely good, but the staff in the Executive Lounge were all excellent. Very helpful, knowledgable and respectful. Thank you very much to Jember, Lourdes, Glenda, Romina, Florencia, Claudio, and one other male member of staff whose name I unfortunately didn’t get. They all made our stay very welcoming.

Hope to be back again sometime!

A hotel that has everything to offer in a vibrant area of Buenos AiresA
Pros:

We found this hotel to be very welcoming in this vibrant area of Buenos Aires the Executive lounge was very well kept and had what you can expect an offer offer such as wines for my beer, snacks, cheese and also a hot dish. Breakfast at the hotel was simply delicious and very varied.. we found a hotel was modern with large and Will equipped bedrooms such as a huge TV, coffee maker a large shower, complimentary fast Wi-Fi and sa on. The swimming pool on the top floor had beautiful views on Buenos Aires, was kept very clean and very pleasant to use. Pool bar and food was put on with delicious dishes. The Jim was amongst one of the most equipped one I have seen at Hotel hotels. Very well kept with everything you can expect. Staff was very friendly in the Hotel. Well recommended
