Americans first time in Rome
Pros:

Property is connected directly to the airport. No taxi is needed. The front desk was to help with any questions and was able to get us in before check-in.

4回目の宿泊でした。今回は18年ぶりでしたが、変わらず良かったです。ローマに遅い時間に到着した時は、ヒルトンと決めています。また宿泊します！
Pros:

ローマに夜に到着したので、空港ターミナルから直結で安心して移動できた。道順も分かりやすかった。
朝食のメニューが豊富で、どれも美味しかった。
高級感があった。

Cons:

部屋にドライヤーが見当たらなかった。
部屋用のスリッパが見当たらなかった。
アメニティグッズをもう少し、備えてほしい。
デポジットについての説明が不十分で、チェックアウト時も返金についての説明がなかったので、不安になった。こちらもデポジットについての知識が、イタリアに到着して初めての宿泊だったので、よく分かっていなかったのもある。結果、デポジット分を差し引いてカードの請求がきたので、問題なし。

Nothing,
On the way oit to abudahbi, the stay was fine.
But although it did say non reimbursable, I tried to ask for a refund d for the way back in March. They said they would get back to me, they never did.
Others were professional and gave me a full refund .

Excellent service and a comfortable atmosphere.
Pros:

Amazing breakfast. The staff were extremely helpful with everything. Very convenient to walk to the airport.
