Nice hotel
Pros:

Close to the airport. Free shuttle drop off.

Cons:

I was asked if I wanted a shower or bathtub. I asked for the shower. What wasn't disclosed, was the shower suite was for the disabled. There was minimal counter space. And my husband had to put his stuff on the floor. I brought this up before check out, and they provided us a free breakfast.

Too HOT, can't Sleep!
Pros:

The room was a good size room and laid out very well. The Staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very good. We liked the location of our room on the 5th floor and it was quite.

Cons:

The only complaint we have (as well as our friends that were in a different room) is that the Air Conditioning system would not get below 24C. The room was too hot. I called the maintenance team to inspect and they tweeked something and that only helped a tiny bit but, it was still too hot. We just needed the room to be about 21 or 22C. I know this sounds like a small amount of change and I agree, it only needed to be a little bit cooler and we would have been perfectly happy.

Above my expectation!
Pros:

The location beats everything - it connects to FCO, and we walked easily from the room to T1 without any issue! Upon checking in, I was immediately contacted by the staff member via WhatsApp, which makes communication efficient and fast. The room was very spacious. Imagine how close it is to FCO, and we haven't heard any noise from the airport.

Pros:

Easy to find my departure gate. Lots of food choices and interesting shops to spend my remaining Euros!

Cons:

Duty free area was too congested, too many perfume smells
