We ended up with a pretty good deal and we also got a jacuzzi room and the tub and mirror we’re absolutely spotless and

The property is very peaceful very clean and it’s a lot of new work that’s been done. The managers put endless. Hard work and love into the hotel

Horrible conditions, felt money was stolen due to no refunds even though the room was uninhabitable.
Pros:

Nothing, left almost immediately due to poor conditions of the room.

Cons:

The room reeked like old perfume trying to cover a bad smell. The floor was bubbling up, and the wood trim was falling off furniture. It smelled so bad I had to leave immediately and book another hotel without a refund.

The Wi-Fi is just terrible. But that is the single issue I have with the hotel. Other than that, I plan on staying there often.

Cons:

I had a very concerning experience when I arrived at the hotel. A male receptionist of Indian origin asked me to pay a deposit in cash. I handed over the deposit, but when I requested a receipt or any written proof confirming that I had paid the money, he refused to provide one.

I insisted several times because I wanted proof of the cash payment, but he continued to refuse and told me that I would not be allowed to check in if I did not accept this.

I find this extremely concerning and I believe the property should investigate this incident and identify the employee involved. I am specifically mentioning that he was a male receptionist of Indian origin so that management can identify who was working at the reception desk at the time.

Furthermore, I have seen other guest reviews mentioning similar situations involving cash deposits that were allegedly not returned. This makes me concerned that this may be a recurring issue rather than an isolated incident.
