Jose at the front desk was the best part of the stay! He is very kind and helpful.

Cons:

We booked our room through booking.com and when we checked out the hotel charged us as well. They said it would take 5 to 7 days for the refund, check your account before leaving. If it wasn't for Jose being so kind and helping with the issue the outcome would have been a lot different. Hats to Jose, keep up the good work. The world needs more people like Jose.

Best stay ever,will come back again
Pros:

Quality Inn Decatur is the best and number one hotel. I really enjoy the breakfast bar, it was delicious. The staffs were friendly, nice and helpful. The room was great and comfortable.

HORRIBLE PLACE

The guy that checked us in was very nice and polite

Cons:

The room was dirty and had a a drain leaking from the sink. The hot tub was dirty ans after we cleaned it out for 15 mins amd ran water it didnt even work. Called front desk and after almost an hour if back and forth they decided to move us rooms but had to move upstairs amd was almost 1am before we were able to finally use the hot tub. Worse stay ever. Asked for a refund but was denied that. Didnt even end up staying there. Would not recommend to ANYONE. Bad thing is they own almost all of the hotels in Decatur so you cant get away from the ownership smh. Pathetic
