Room next to mine obnoxious loud drunk cursing and yelling and just plain loud unit 4:30am. Had another night booked but left right after my aunts funeral for home after that horrible stay!

I’d avoid this place if possible.
Pros:

It was relatively inexpensive.

Cons:

Several hypodermic needles were outside one of the doors to the outside. Been there at least 8 days. Free breakfast is served in one of the normal guest rooms. Whole place smells funky.

Pros:

The staff were very kind and helpful, and suggested a nearby restaurant that we enjoyed. The first room we stayed in had a bit of a smell (possibly due to the carpet, but it's soon to be remodeled) and they immediately switched us to a different room at no additional charge.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we found 3 small cockroaches in the bathtub and decided to leave as a result. They likely came up through the drain and we didn't see them anywhere else in the room. The staff took our concern seriously and refunded one night of our stay, as well as offered to provide a discount to neighboring parter hotels, but we decided to head home instead since it was close to the end of our stay anyway. Like I said, the staff were great and I believe they'll do what they can to address the roaches.

Pros:

Cleaning staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast offering was very good. We had requested a room near the elevator and/or front door, and that is just what we got.

The room we reserved was not cleaned. Used washcloth in the bathroom. Staff immediately switched us to another room just across the hall.

A pleasant day and a great value for money
Pros:

All of the hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the larger refrigerator and a microwave.

Cons:

I think they should extend breakfast hours on weekends to 10 am instead of 9 am. We felt a bit rushed by the staff when we arrived closer to 9 am. It’s unfortunate that the hot tub is no longer available. The pool room was cold in the winter in the pool water was not very warm either.

Only 3 options in Sun Prairie, this one was Mid
Pros:

Right off the highway and withing 6 mins of anything in Sun Prairie.

Cons:

Bed was hard. Front desk staff visibly annoyed about doing the job.
Pot smoking men sitting on the groung in the hallways on the floor our room was on like it happens all the time.
Asked for money in the parking lot two of the five times I left the facility to walk to my car.
