Checkout was at 11 housekeeping started Knocking at 10 and knocked three times before we walked out at 10:45

Pros:

Breakfast was nice. You can tell they keep up with maintenance. I noticed the pool was open but did not use it. Bathroom was clean.

Cons:

Older hotel so room floor was a bit warped, but it was fine. Cost of $130 per night plus tax was a bit high for an older hotel.

DO NOT RECOMMEND
Pros:

I would not recommend this Best Western. The gentleman that checked us in was nice, but the lady who took our reservation over the phone did not take it correctly and we had to ask for foldout bed (which was horrible and all springs with no cushion). The main bed itself was the hardest and worst bed I've ever laid on in any hotel I've stayed at. The jacuzzi tiles were cracked and risked a hazard, and the drain shows signs of corrosion and the metal chipped. The chair arm is torn and the people across the hall were blaring music before 5am which woke me up several hours before I needed to be and could be heard half way down the hall, and the several times I went to the front to let them know there was no one to be found behind the desk or office. (I was not calling up there and waking up my daughter who sleeps more soundly then I do because of some inconsiderate human). This room was overpriced considering they can't even seem to afford to keep their rooms looking decent and taken care of. I will not be staying at this place the next time I come back to Columbus Ohio....
