Zweckmäßig Tagungshotel

Betten ok, ruhig, Parkplätze vorhanden (kostenpflichtig)

Cons:

Zimmer war einfach, Holzständer kein Kleiderschrank, keine Klimaanlage,
es war organisatorisch nicht möglich vor 15:00 einzuchecken um am Abend das Zimmer beziehen zu können. Es ging nur gleichzeitig.

Das wir zumindest ein Getränk bekommen haben während man uns gezwungen hat das Hotel zu wechseln...

Cons:

Obwohl lange gebucht war und ich noch den Online Check in gemacht habe, der einwandfrei funktionierte, kamen wir am Hotel an und hatten kein Zimmer. Wir wurden dann in ein anderes Hotel umquartiert, wegen einer Überbuchung. Wir haben den ganzen Abend mit dem Hotel als Fixpunkt geplant und konnten nun auch noch ein Taxi bezahlen was uns dann hin und her fuhr. Das neue Hotel lag leider ungünstig für unsere Pläne. Zudem hatten wir noch zuvor umgebucht um ein größeres Zimmer mit Badewanne zu bekommen. Das hatten wir leider beides nicht. Es war auch geplant den Wellnessbereich zu nutzen, das bot das andere Hotel nicht mal an. Man hätte uns viel eher Bescheid geben müssen damit WIR uns ein anderes Hotel hätten suchen können. Leider hat uns das den ganzen Abend versaut. Man hat uns auch nicht gefragt ob das in Ordnung wäre, man stellte uns vor vollendete Tatsachen.
Sehr schlechter Kundenservice.
Bin wirklich enttäuscht und werde das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Toller Kurztripp nach Münster
Pros:

Gute Betten, Parkplatz, Sauberkeit, freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal. Nähe zum Hafen, wo sich neue Restaurants befinden. Der Herr an der Rezeption hat uns Empfehlungen gegeben und einige Restaurants für uns angerufen. Optimaler service! Zum Ausgehen ist der Hafen wirklich eine tolle Adresse. Die Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt.

Cons:

Alles wie erwartet. Die Lage im neuen Industriegebiet ist ggf. nicht optimal um die Innenstadt zu erreichen. Der Fussmarsch beträgt ca 30 min.

Eine kleine Sache fanden wir nicht so gut wir konnten um 12:00 Uhr auschecken, aber um 11:00 Uhr kam schon der Zimmerservice rein hat einmal klopfen und dann die Tür aufgemacht und stand vor unserem Bett und meinte, denken Sie dran Sie müssen um 12:00 Uhr aus checken dass ist natürlich nicht so schön, wenn dann sollte man klopfen und auf ne Antwort warten und nicht einfach in das Zimmer gehen

Der Service war freundlich und die Dame am Frühstückbuffett war - trotz der frühen Stunde - sehr zuvorkommend und nett.
