Pros:

Freundlicher Empfang, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Eingang, sauberes großes Zimmer, bequemes Bett. Fenster zum Öffnen. Reichhaltiges leckeres Frühstück in angenehmer Atmosphäre, modernes sauberes Bad. Gute Lage, in wenigen Gehminuten ist man am Hafen.

Für Kurzaufenthalte gut geeignet
Pros:

Die Lage direkt an den Messehallen ist perfekt, die Nähe zur Bushaltestelle ebenfalls. Der Parkplatz am Haus bietet ausreichend Parkplätze und ist mit 7 EUR pro Tag auch recht günstig. Der Stadthafen mit vielen Restaurants ist ganz in der Nähe (am Wochenende besser reservieren). Dass das Zimmer keinen Teppichboden sondern Linoleum hatte, finde ich sehr positiv. Die bereit gestellte Flasche Wasser habe ich auch gerne angenommen. Das Zimmer (wir hatten 434, zum Parkplatz raus) war sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Die umweltfreundliche Option (oder geht es doch nur darum, Personal einzusparen und mehr Reingewinn zu erzeugen?), auf tägliches Saubermachen zu verzichten, bringt leider mit sich, dass verschiedene Details langsam aber sicher komplett verdrecken, zum Beispiel die Fernbedienung des Fernsehers.
Die Matratzen müssten mal gewendet werden. Durch das Ein- und Aussteigen aus dem Bett neigt die Matratze zur Bettkante hin.
Das Personal war generell sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, nur eine junge Kollegin an der Bar (samstags abends) war vielleicht neu und überfordert, jedenfalls unfreundlich und noch dazu inkompetent. Für eine simple Bestellung am Tresen von zwei Mineralwasser und zwei Softdrinks musste schlussendlich eine andere Kollegin an den Tisch kommen um nochmal nachzufragen und mit ihrer netten Art die Situation rauszureissen.

Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Kongresszentrum.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage zum Kongresszentrum.

Cons:

Im Zimmer fehlt ein Schrank zum Einräumen der Kleidungsstücke.
Der sehr lange Flur ist schwer zu belüften und es besteht ein "muffiger" Teppichgeruch.
Der Preis ist im Vergleich zu anderen Kongressorten (Leipzig, Bremen) deutlich höher, ohne dass die Leistungen erkennbar besser wären.
