Exceptional staff, a five star experience, a relaxing oasis amongst the hustle and bustle of Bangkok.
Pros:

The Deluxe Studio was spacious, comfortable and ideal for my stay. I particularly appreciated how the staff ensured my room was beside my family’s suite. Every member of staff was friendly, welcoming and professional, and the service throughout our stay was exceptional. The hotel is in a great location. Two 7 Elevens within 5 mins of each other and a great shopping center just 10 mins walk away. Close to the major shopping areas and yet a short distance from Lumpini Park and The Green Lung. So much to do and see within walking distance.

Cons:

I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like about it.

Reality exceeded expectation, a genuine five-star experience with exceptional staff who made us feel at home.
Pros:

We had a wonderful family stay at Chatrium Residence Sathorn Bangkok and would not hesitate to return. The spacious two-bedroom suite was perfect for our family, and having a washing machine/dryer was an added bonus for a longer stay. The pool area was beautiful, breakfast offered an excellent choice each morning, and every meal we enjoyed by the pool was delicious.

What truly sets this hotel apart is its people. Every member of staff, from Reservations before our arrival through to Reception, Concierge, Housekeeping, the Breakfast and Pool teams, made us feel genuinely welcome and valued. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their warmth, professionalism and attention to detail created what was, in our opinion, a genuine five-star experience.

Having visited Bangkok for almost forty years and stayed in many well-known hotels, this has been one of our most enjoyable stays. We are already looking forward to returning.

Cons:

Honestly the only thing we didn’t like was leaving and having to return home. We could happily have stayed another month.

Dejligt poolområde samt lækre faciliteter generelt!

Cons:

Vi boede på 18. Etage og airconditionanlæg larmede meget og der lød en konstant høj lyd af rindende vand, som hvis en vandhane stod åben.

There are quite a few options in breakfast but no change at all from day to day.

Great stay at short notice.
Pros:

The pool area was amazing. The staff were amazing. The location was central to getting a taxi to each part of Bangkok city we went to.

Cons:

The fans on level 4 should all be going as was so hot and smoking area needed fans to dissipate the cigarette smoke. I would also recommend if bar open, for barstaff to ask lounging poolsiders if they wanted refreshments.
The beds were rock hard and needed a mattress topper to soften them. We did ask for them and the hotel accommodated.

Great hotel, great value!
Pros:

Staff are all great. Rooms are spacious and well equipped, beds are comfortable and a great bathroom. Breakfast is excellent.

Another great stay
Pros:

The staff are exceptionally helpful and courteous. They were so quick to help solve a few small problems such as lost swimming shorts, adjusting the shower and fixing the TV.

Cons:

In some places the building are starting to show their age. For example, when swimming in the pool, you can see patchwork on the outer tower walls. These could do with repainting. The room charging sockets are looking old and worn (but still functional).
