comfortable room and perfect services close to casino and park
Pros:

Situated very close to the casino and the spa park, our comfortable room on one of the upper floors offered a picturesque view of the surrounding area. The staff (attentive, highly professional from the start, and genuinely personable) helped make our stay very pleasant, whether at reception, during breakfast, or whenever we had questions.
We appreciated the tasteful décor and the spacious, classically styled breakfast rooms, which conveyed an authentic sense of the location’s blend of the new and the historic. We felt truly well looked after, thanks to the exceptionally high-quality, extensive selection and outstanding service.

The hotel's spa area also features a pool and bar that are well worth experiencing—not just for use, but simply to see; the décor and scale exceeded our expectations.

Der Aufenthalt war herrlich. Wir lieben das Maison Messmer. Und wir werden ganz sicher wieder da Ferien machen.
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes, stilvolles, elegantes und luxuriöses Hotel an bester Lage. Das Essen war sehr köstlich, die Zimmer sehr schön und der Spa sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Eigentlich hat mir alles gefallen, nur das Personal am Empfang dürfte besser geschult sein. Wir bekamen nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten beim einchecken ein Zimmer, das bereits vergeben war. Die Begegnung an der Zimmertür war ziemlich peinlich. Aber ansonsten war das Personal sehr nett.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und Vielfältig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer waren immer geputzt, wenn wir nach dem Frühstück wieder zurückgekommen sind. Die Portiers sind besonders herausgestochen in ihrer Freundlichkeit und positiven Art, mit den Menschen umzugehen.

Cons:

Es scheint, als wären gewisse Gäste wichtiger als andere, was schade ist, wenn man sich teilweise zweitklassig behandelt fühlt. Zudem war das Personal beim Frühstück nicht sehr dienstleistungsorientiert und teilweise nicht sehr freundlich.
