located 15 minutes from the thermal baths

The pool is cold, it could have been warmer by 1-2 degrees.

Great location, elegant hotel with lovely quiet room and great facilities especially the spa area. A luxurious stay with very professional and friendly staff. Super breakfast.

Mir wurde mehr berechnet, als vertraglich fixiert. Meine Beschwerde darauf hin per Email wurde nicht beantwortet. Sehr ärgerlich!

First time visitors to Baden-Baden and absolutely loved it. The hotel was the perfect choice.
Pros:

Fabulous hotel next to the casino, and within seconds’ walk of the central area. All the staff were friendly and helpful - nothing too much trouble. Amazing breakfast and convenient parking garage underneath.

Wir haben uns eigentlich nicht so wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und alles fussläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen - wir hatten ein behindertengerechtes Zimmer ohne Balkon - der war aber in unserem gebuchten Zimmer enthalten! Das Badezimmer hatte keine Abstellflächen unsere Utensilien konnten wir nirgends hinstellen.
