One of the worst business hotels I've stayed in across 3 decades. Yes, the ride up to the lobby is great (with lovely views across the city). Rooms are seriously in need of updating - no USB ports in the room, shower sprays more of the room than area below it and cracks/gaps in the walls. Phones in room don't work so I went back to reception to ask to borrow an iron and was told, almost with glee, no (followed by we only have a few and they are all out and we can't get them back until tomorrow at c. 6pm). Breakfast ok. Won't be back.
We heard from reception that the hotel is closing in June. That’s a shame, because we generally liked it. Above everything, the staff were amazing! I attribute the deferred maintenance of the property to the fact it’s closing soon. It’s a short walk to public transportation, but there’s not much in the immediate area. One thing you should know: the Wi-Fi is unusable, so bring a hotspot.
This is a great hotel chain, we’ve now stayed at three of the Meliā or Meliā affiliated hotels, and the high standard has been evident in all of them, and this one is no different.
Set in the heart of the city with stunning views over looking the city with the hillside in the far distance.
You are about 5 minutes walk away from the shopping and dining areas (although there are restaurants all over the city tucked away, so go an explore).
About 10 minutes away from the old town and river front (I highly recommend the river cruises, not connected with the hotel, but they are very relaxing and you get to see the city from a different angle).
Our apartment had an amazing view over the city which was beautiful by day and stunning by night. The apartment was spacious, comfortable bed and separate seating area, and well appointed bathroom. Well worth the small extra to pay for a better room I think.
The room also came equipped with a fridge, kettle, hob, microwave and Nesspresso Style coffee maker. The room rate we paid for also included a minibar which was stocked every day with cola, apple wine (dry cider) beer and water, and the coffee pods and teas were restocked daily.
There are nice toiletries provided in the bathroom (shampoo, shower gel, liquid hand-soap and moisturiser.
The breakfast was ok, there was a limited cooked and continental options, cereals, limited fruits, yoghurts, cakes, pastries, a two choices of breads, bread rolls, juices, teas and freshly ground coffees, also available to take away with you as you leave the restaurant. Again, you had stunning views over the city while you ate.
I wouldn’t say there were any negatives at this stay, only that on the day of check out, we had an 11am check out and from 10am, the cleaning crew knocked asking when we were leaving, we said at 11, but they then knocked again at 10:30 asking again when we were leaving. This did make us feel we had to hurry up and leave the room.
Overall the appart-hotel is excellent, and worth spending a little extra to get those amazing views, the staff are friendly, and appreciated my attempts at using my school level German.
The pluses
Its location
Very clean
The staff are friendly
I think the reasonable cost
AND THOSE VIEWS!
We will definitely use this hotel when we next visit Frankfurt, and will continue to use the Meliā group when we travel.
I really enjoyed my stay, and I would happily stay here again.
We booked three rooms for a family trip to the Christmas Market in Frankfurt in December 2023. As Melia Rewards Gold members, we used one of our 20% discount vouchers at the Hilton in Frankfurt, where we've stayed before.
The hotel has a unique layout on floors 22 to 28 of the building. The rooms were clean, but the design wasn't great. In one room, the shower cubicle was in the middle of the room, so there was no privacy. We got upgraded to a larger room, but the bathroom had no privacy.
The breakfast was okay, but nothing special. We didn't drink at the hotel as the bar was busy on both nights of our stay.
The one good thing was the location, as it was easy to reach the Frankfurt Christmas Markets.
Check In Reception staff were unfriendly (check out guy was ok). Went to the bar and was told if I wanted a drink I had to sit at the bar as the tables are for 2 people only. Bar was not busy and plenty of tables available! Decided to go out and find somewhere more welcoming.
The room was spacious and comfortable but not clean enough. The small but well equipped gym was not very clean either. Breakfast was good with wide variety of buffet choices. Overall disappointed and won't be returning on my next business trip to Frankfurt.
I've stayed in a bunch of hotels, and this is in the bottom 10% for the price. It's in a mixed-use (mostly office) building, and appears to be more apartment-style than hotel, although there is a staffed front desk. It could be good, but isn't -- maybe 2.5/5, but for the price and all the other good to very good options in Frankfurt, it's a 2/5.
The good: nice building, pretty views from windows and especially from the circular glass elevators at the corner of the building. There is a "kitchen" in each room (I think; at least in mine) with a daily-stocked minibar with 2 waters, 2 beers, and 3 fritz cola sodas. I got a room on the 29th floor.
The bad: basically everything else. I can't tell if these were cheap/badly done residential conversions of offices, or weird hotel conversions of apartments, or just dumb German design or form over function, but nothing actually works well.
1) There's a kitchen area, and a coffeemaker and tea kettle, but no power sockets in the kitchen area. I had to take the tea kettle into the bathroom and run it there.
2) Housekeeping uses the "big refillable bottles", and filled the soap and moisturizer bottles with moisturizer. There is no soap. Fortunately I'd brought bar soap from other hotels.
3) Internet is horrible -- 8mbps x 3mbps with dropouts every hour or two. Password is a random username and password, rather than normal room number/last name, so logging in each time is also a pain if you didn't write it down. Cellular would be faster except that on the 29th floor of a tall building, coverage is intermittent too.
4) Room given didn't match photos or description on booking website, but I'm not sure if that's the fault of the hotel or the booking website.
5) Shower is truly mediocre to bad. Has almost no water pressure for *cold* water, only hot water, and two separate knobs vs a mixer tap. Turning the hot water knob slightly (it sticks) goes from too-cold to burning-hot.
6) Shower is actually tiny relative to overall size of room; room layout overall is bad due to design choices (wedge shaped), so there's a lot of wasted space. The toilet is across the hallway from the shower room (common in Germany I guess), but there's also a closet off the bedroom which is basically useless.
7) Loud in-room refrigerator; wouldn't complain about this except for all the other problems.
8) Housekeeping does the minimum to clean room; requested change of sheets, not done, etc.
The hotel is very nice and you can see Frankfurt from the top as the rooms start from the 23 floor staff are very friendly and helpful and there is a taxi line in front of the hotel location is great all the main restaurants and clothing brands are around the hotel
Room was excellent , beautiful view , safe , clean , perfect location . Walkable everywhere. Cannot be better .
Actually I visited the hotel in 2010 but since then and I can’t forget the wonderful time I spent there. My great memories of being there are still in my heart and mind. I was there only two night but I enjoyed every moment a lot. I hope the place is still good and better.
Great stay
Very good central location - fantastic views from the bar area and bedrooms across the city especially at night - comfortable bed - small kitchen facility in the room which is unusual.

I stayed one night in Innside Frankfurt Eurotheum Hotel which is Located in Frankfurt Business District near Taunusanlage Subway station. Hotel was easy and fast arrive from airport by Subway. Hotel reception is located in 22nd Floor. Check in was fast and professional. Hotel Room had great views and Mini Bar had complimentary Beers which was very nice suprise. Hotel Room was spacious and clean. Overall staying was very good experience.
Traveled for business and was recommended this hotel. The staff was all welcoming and professional. Receptionist Tom assisted me with the early check-in and also complementary breakfast.
Breakfast was excellent. Gentleman running breakfast is excellent.
Room cleaned thoroughly every day.
Sauna /Footbath excellent.
Negatives. Could not check in early after 18 hr flight. Very limited (2) English TV
A very nice and clean place to stay.
Fantastic views blighted by terrible staff. Been staying here on business for 15 years amd was turned away from the bar tonight by nothing more than thugs on the door who took a dislike to my colleague! Will never come here again. Disgraceful treatment of loyal customers.
The hotel is outdated, everything inside is worn out and shabby. The facilities are simply too old to even consider using. The lobby zone is tiny, no space for any meetings or work. Breakfast was very modest, with barely any options. Moreover the staff was unfriendly. My jacket which was closed in a bag and left in reception as a package has disappeared and they didn’t even bother looking for it.
The only good thing was the stunning view. Would definitely not recommend, complete dissatisfaction.
The shower in the bedroom was really weird. The lifts failed so we had to use stairs one day, but they were really filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned for weeks. We stayed on the 28th floor but still had a lot of banging noises above us. Location good, staff friendly, large room, but wouldn't book again.
