Pros:

had to leave at 11pm at night to find a new cleaner hotel there were roaches in our bed and all over the bath room walls and floor

We booked the room primarily for price $300 for 4 nights. If you’re expecting 4 or 5 star accommodations you should probably look elsewhere. The property was older and a bit dated but suited our needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is relatively close to Lauderdale by the Sea and Wilton Manors. Uber rides to Wilton cost around $6 which was a good deal and it took us about 10 minutes to get to Lauderdale by the Sea (depending on day/time). The hotel is close to Publix grocery store and Dunkin Donuts which was also a plus.

Pros:

My husband and I booked a room with one king size bed but our room's AC was broken so we got a two dobule beds room instead. The bathroom smelled like marijuana and one of the beds had a black stain on its bed sheet. I didn't want to touch anything there. We tried to find a cheap stay because we just had to sleep for a few hours before our flight, but we would find somewhere more clean and at least decent even though it would cost us a little more next time.
