Very nice
Pros:

We had a lovely stay. The room was clean and well-furnished. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was inexpensive and plentiful. We would gladly come back next time.

Cons:

Demandé un taxi, pas de taxi qui ne prenait pas le paiement carte, il fallait payer en espèces. Elle nous a demandé 34 livres. Nous avons réglé 28 livres. Donc la différence entre ces deux sommes sont passées où ? Cela ressemble bcp à une arnaque entre les réceptionnistes et les taxis.

Pros:

Kamers waren goed en schone. Dagelijkse nieuwe handoeken en mogelijk om onbijt te nemen in het hotel phoenix voor maar slecht 7,50 pond. Ontbijt was super!! Echt een aanrader als je in London verblijftm

Good location, reasonably priced.
Pros:

The location: right around the corner from a lively street (Queensway) with a grocery, coffee shops, pubs, restaurants, and two Tube stations; also close to Kensington Gardens. Our room was in the basement, but reasonably spacious, with a large window. The bathroom was modern.

The bathroom was very small, especially the shower stall.

Pros:

Huge vent outside my room, making huge noise. This started at 5am and didn't finish until late at night. Staff didn't seem to care when I informed them about this. This is the second time I have stayed at the hotel and the fan has still not been fixed. Will not be staying there again!

Pros:

Posizione vicina alla fermata di Bayswater, quartiere tranquillo. Colazione molto abbondante e ottima per 7,5 £ meglio approfittarne.

Cons:

Avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione: lavandino che fatica a scaricare, serramenti un po' vecchi che funzionano male e sbattono se c'è vento, anche se chiusi. Spruzzino della doccia che perde ovunque. Piccoli problemi che non hanno influito sul nostro soggiorno ma che abbassano la qualità/prezzo.

La ubicación es magnifica
, El hotel limpio y con todo lo básico.. personal muy amable, .tiene recepción 24 horas en el hotel de al lado y te guardan las maletas antes del check in y después del check out sin problema.
La relación calidad precio para ser Londres es muy buena.
Te dan café /te gratuito y al lado tienes un montón de restaurantes y un supermercado. Y dos paradas de metro que te comunican con todo.

Cons:

Que la ducha esta fuera del baño, en la habitacion y con cristal por lo que no tiene intimidad ninguna.
Lo demás todo perfecto.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Allowed me to check in slightly earlier than advertised. Put on early breakfast for marathon runners.

Perfect location, lovely hotel.
Pros:

We loved the location of this hotel, 5 minutes to the tube, shops, bars, restaurants and even a cinema on the doorstep. The twin room was perfect as two friends visiting. The stairs could be quite challenging for some as there is no lift . The excellent breakfast was priced very reasonably at £7.50 for the continental and extra if wanting cooked. Overall an excellent stay and will definitely be visiting again.
