Un quiero y no puedo. No es un hotel de 4 estrellas.

Las recepcionistas han sido amables y la habitación estaba limpia. El desayuno bastante bien. Lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación.

Deja muchísimo que desear, parece mentira que tenga 4 estrellas. El hotel está muy viejo, parece que han intentado mejorarlo pero no lo han logrado. Nuestra habitación era interior, daba a un patio con otros pisos delante, así que nos encontramos las ventanas con las persianas bajadas y así las hemos mantenido. Los estores que tenían las ventanas eran muy transparentes y se veía todo. La cama era pequeña de 135 y era incómoda (no así las almohadas). Los muebles anticuados, vintage pero no puestos bonitos. Es un si pero no. Un quiero y no puedo. Ha sido decepcionante.

El hotel cumplió mis expectativas que es lo que yo espero de un hotel. Buena ubicación, habitación l9 suficientemente amplia y confortable, baño adecuado, en general bien tirando a bastante bien. La atención recibida muy buena.

El chorro de la ducha muy bueno

Cons:

Que haya bañera. Es muy incómodo. Mejor ducha con plato plano.
Decoración de los techos, paredes, puertas es antiguo. Le conviene renovación.
La cama sacaba mucho ruido. No se podía ni mover.

Good location but room for improvement

Great location. Within walking distance from most things in Burgos.

Cons:

Parking in the hotel parking facility is essentially not an option. We were told reservation of parking space was not possible, yet somehow all the spaces were reserved. We visited in April and the rooms were unpleasantly warm. Since the hotel considered this "winter" (it was 20 degrees outside) all aircon was disabled.
