Le resto pas ouvert, même pas possible d'avoir un café avant d'avoir la chambre.

les oreillers sont bien trop épais, ça casse le cou.

Cons:

Les mauvaises odeurs quand le chauffage part ça sentait les oeufs pourries. La.personne à l'accueil à notre départ était bête et pas sympathique. Le lit trop mou et les oreillers molles et trop petite.

Pros:

Tout était parfait, les enfants ne voulaient plus partir . Et que dire du restaurant Cargo où les enfants de moins de 5 ans mangent gratuitement. Le menu était diversifié, tout était succulent, le service hors pair .

C'était bien, mais à mon prochain séjour à Matane, je vais essayer un autre hôtel ..

C'était propre et le personne était sympathique

Cons:

Chambre - petite pour une réservation de 3 personnes (je croyais avoir réservé 2 lits queen et c'était des lits double) - téléphone non fonctionnel, donc impossible d'appeler à la réception, il faisait froid, l'air entrait par la porte extérieur... nous avions des articles de bain pour 2 personnes au lieu de 3 (2 serviettes, 2 débarbouillette, 1 peignoir... nous sommes allé chercher tout ce que ca nous prenait à la réception) le frigidaire à congelé mes fruits et mes légumes ...
