Très bon emplacement, proche des lieux touristiques
Le camere sono confortevoli e la struttura è in centro città, a distanza accettabile dalla metro Linea 4. Il personale è competente e accogliente nei confronti dei clienti. Vivamente consigliato.
Udany pobyt. Pomimo ogromnego upału klimatyzacja dawała radę (tego się najbardziej obawiałem). Ładnie, czysto, elegancko. Super, że w pokoju była lodówka i czajnik. Śniadanie - jak na Europę Południową może być, ale przy 4 nocach robi się nudno. Bardzo podobała mi się lokalizacja, w zasięgu 5-10 minut pieszo wiele linii metra, do Gran Via pieszo 15-20 minut, a jednocześnie to już taka zwykła, wielkomiejska dzielnica, z mnóstwem dobrych restauracji i kawiarni, bez turystycznego kiczu.
Śniadanie wymaga trochę więcej troski.

El personal de tarde/noche de recepción es encantador.
No tanto la encargada del desayuno que, al llegar, nos dijo, casi gritando, que no podíamos desayunar sin reserva (cuando en recepción nos informaron de que bastaba con acudir y decir el número de habitación). La señora fue muy poco amable y nos dijo “imposible sin reservar, ¡¡que tengo todas las mesas llenas!!”. Como si estuviéramos en un hostal de su propiedad o pretendiéramos hacer algo indebido. Eran las 9 en punto y quedaba hora y media de horario de desayuno.
Las camas son cómodas. El aire acondicionado enfría, pero es antiguo y, en algunas habitaciones, hace mucho ruido.
La zona común del hall, con mesas, es estupenda para reuniones.
El aire acondicionado es ruidoso en algunas habitaciones. Tras una primera noche sin dormir, pedimos cambio de habitación y nos ubicaron en otra sin ese problema.
Las habitaciones tienen muchísimo polvo, mi acompañante es alérgica y lo pasó muy mal.

The entire hotel was clean and had all we needed or wanted. We were a bit early on arrival and they were able to find a room ready and allowed us in.
The breakfast was exceptional and had hours to accommodate the early risers or those relaxing on holiday.

Lo imperdonable había obras de remodelación y no avisaron antes de llegar.
Добра локация, близо до няколко метро станции, бързо се стига до центъра. Дамата на рецепцията, която ни чекира, беше много любезна.
В цената не беше включена закуска и решихме да я закупим на място. Преди да платим, искахме да погледнем какво включва, но една супер нелюбезна дама ни отказа, били пълни(дори и да е така, можеше поне да ни позволи) можеше в друг ден да се възползваме. Точките, които съм махнала са единствено, заради грубата дама в ресторанта.
