Ontbijt was voldoende uitgebreid.

Cons:

Airco was eigenlijk een ventilator die de kamer niet echt koelde. En dat is in Madrid in de zomer echt wel nodig

Great location - we needed a central base and this hotel was perfect. Great area , lovely hotel. Staff are very accommod
Pros:

Location is great. Staff very good

Cons:

It’s a lovely hotel but our room was slightly dated - floorboards uneven and just a bit worn. I am not a fan of single beds on wheels so you can’t lean on wall and watch TV without the bed sliding away

Perfect hotel
Pros:

The hotel was great, perfect location right next to San Bernardo metro, very peaceful and safe even during the late evening. The room was cozy (the shower was absolutely fantastic), everything was perfect overall. If we come back to Madrid, hopefully soon, we'll definitely book this hotel again.

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, δίπλα στο μετρό και κοντά σε πολλά αξιοθέατα.

Το Ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε μια ωραία συνοικία με πολύ πράσινο, 3' από τη στάση μετρό San Bernando και κοντά σε πολλά αξιοθέατα: Gran Via, Sol, Plaza de Espana, Parque Retiro, Prado κ.α. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο και πολύ πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει.

Cons:

Το πρόσθετο κρεββάτι στο τρίκλινο δωμάτιο περιόριζε τον χώρο του δωματίου.

Pros:

Pretty standard city hotel with basic service, did not stand out but the stay was ok. Nothing extra special but a clean room and quit block. Air-conditioning worked well and was adjustable at the room (you really need it on the summer heat wave). The room had a comfortable bed and tv, a small table and a closet for clothes with a nice size bathroom. The hotel had a quite convenient location close to a metro route, on "La Rosa" and San Bernadino stop (at the same street as the hotel), but you need public transport to reach the most popular sights. Room was really clean and the room was kept tidy during our stay. Breakfast room was quite small, the breakfast had all neccesary basic goods to start the day. We first arrived from another city with to the train station with a taxi and left for the airport, the location was easy to reach for both forms of transfer.

Cons:

Could have some tips for the trip available. No map was available at the lobby.
