Hotel was fine but service could be better.
Pros:

Location was good. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable

Cons:

First room we were assigned had a smell of sewage in it so they moved us to another room.
We asked for a late checkout of just 1 hour extra but the guy on the desk would not allow it. €28 per day car park charge is steep.

Very nice hotel, but public transit was a challenge to get around.
Pros:

Food was excellent in the restaurant. Breakfast was a good deal.

Cons:

Front desk service seemed slow and complicated. We had to wait in line multiple times.

Great stay in a quiet clean hotel,located only 15-20mins by bus away from center of San Sebastian
Pros:

Very clean, elegant hotel, spacious and quiet rooms, comfortable beds, good size bathroom, very polite and helpful staff, own parking garage (extra cost), bus stop very close to hotel to go into center of San Sebastian

Cons:

Hotel’s restaurant has limited options for a la carte diner) and unfortunatelly I felt sick after eating a very fat steak with them, although I asked in advance for the leanest and more tender meat they had. The meat was not tender and not lean, thus for diner there are better options near the hotel

Gutes Hotel das dringend ein Update braucht.
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut. Mit dem Bus ist man schnell am Strand und am Boulevard. Um die Eck gab es ein gutes Restaurant das uns vom Personal empfohlen wurde.

Cons:

Im Unseren Zimmer gab es wohl einen Wasserschaden. Es roch muffig und zeitweise auch nach Kanal.
