Not a good value for the price.
Pros:

Comfortable bed, spacious room, ample breakfast.

Cons:

A/C could not be adjusted. What hotel has such a rule? The heat wave made the room uncomfortable. Shower had two bottles of shampoo, one conditioner, no soap. Coffee maker came with two capsules. Why so stingy?

Excellent Spot
Pros:

Staff were super efficient and helpful. Room was very clean. Breakfast was very good. Hotel close to beautiful beach and lovely walk into old town.

Great hotel to explore Donastia San Sebastian
Pros:

Great location for exploring San Sebastian with good underground car parking (most expensive car park we used during week long trip in the Basque region). Breakfast was fantastic best we had all week really good choices served in lovely large breakfast room. Bedroom was large and spacious, bed was really comfortable and the shower was excellent. Most importantly the air conditioning was great, temperature that week in the thirties so we really appreciated good air con.

Cons:

Car parking price a bit steep 29 euros per night. Lady in reception at check not very friendly.

Net maar onpersoonlijk hotel op loopafstand van het strand maar vrij ver lopen van het oude centrum

Overall a good experience in our 4 day stay in San Sebastián
Pros:

We did enjoy the location although a bit far from the action in a business area. Personnel were very helpful. Fresh water was provided every day. Parking garage was available in the hotel underground.

Cons:

Rooms were a bit smaller than expected and the hotel was located about 15’ by bus away from city center
