Housekeeping was Amazing! That was the best part of our stay!
The air conditioner didnt work (even after telling the hotel) so the room was very hot and couldn't open the window because no screen and bugs came in!!! The mini refrigerator stunk so bad so we couldn't use it! Local family had to bring us a fan for the room and got all bit up because the 1st day tried to open the window for air!! For this price will not be staying again very disappointing!

Όταν φθάσαμε η πρόσβαση στο ασανσέρ ήταν δύσκολη με τα τις αποσκευές που είχαμε, γιατί δεν ήταν στο επίπεδο της ρεσεψιόν και έπρεπε να ανέβουμε ή να κατέβουμε σκαλοπάτια. Αν και υπήρχε αναβατόριο, ο υπάλληλος της ρεσεψιόν δεν έδειξε καμία προθυμία να μας πει να το χρησιμοποιήσουμε, αλλά ούτε και να μας βοηθήσει με τις αποσκευές.
Το δωμάτιο ήταν μικρό, σε καμία περίπτωση δεν ήταν 20 τμ όπως έλεγε η κράτησή μας για το standard δίκλινο. Ήταν και πάρα πολύ ζεστό. Με ξωτερική θερμοκρασία 13-15 βαθμούς αναγκαστήκαμε να ανοίξουμε τον κλιματισμό. Μέσα στη ντουλάπα βρισκόταν το ψυγείο με αποτέλεσμα να καίει ολόκληρη.
Η τιμή του ήταν υπερβολική για ξενοδοχείο 3 αστέρων και για τις παροχές του.
Έχω μείνει αρκεές φορές σε ξενοδοχείο ΝΗ σε άλλες πόλεις χωρίς πρόβλημα και είμαι μέλος του discovery club. Δυστυχώς αυτή τη φορά η διαμονή μου δεν ήταν η καλύτερη.
