Pros:

De bedden zijn zalig.
Het hotel ligt op wandelafstand van het Guggenheim: vrij centraal’
Het ontbijt is voortreffelijk.

Cons:

Jammer van de overlast van de werken naast het hotel.
In de ontbijtruimte is er een zeer slechte akoestiek zodat je amper met je tafelgenoot kunt babbelen wanneer de ruimte druk bezet is.
Het zou handig zijn als er een laadpaal voorzien wordt.

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety. Also, a morning coffee (before breakfast) is provided for early risers such as us. The bed was comfortable, and the staff recommended a local restaurant - it was excellent food and atmosphere - Río Oja - Bilbao - they are quite busy, so maybe make a reservation. The towels were changed every day, and the bed was made perfectly (also every day in our 4-day stay). Would recommend for business or a family stay!

Staff very friendly and helpful
Pros:

Clean !! Excellent staff… they even served membrillo ( quince paste jam) at breakfast

Cons:

Stairs to elevators ( can’t quite grasp the concept ) think of the grand staircase and elevator concept in “Are you being served” on BBC

Pros:

Desayuno muy completo. Limpieza acorde. Personal de atención muy amable y dispuestos a hacer de tu estancia una gran experiencia.

Habitación 501 muy ruidosa cuarto ascensor al lado de la habitación . Imposible descansar bien

La cama queen size

Cons:

La habitación 501 está el cuarto del ascensor al lado y cada vez que funcionan los 2 ascensores , o sea a todas horas se oye y es muy muy molesto . El subidón de precios por la demanda cuando hay conciertos .

advies over de beste looproute en tips over de bezienswaardigheden en eetgelegenheden.

Great hotel, but no excuse for a ridiculously high price.

We’ll, run, modern hotel in a good location with very good staff
