Upgrade offerte au check-in, grande chambre au 5eme avec terrasse
La climatisation semble très vieille mais fonctionne bien et est silencieuse
Grand lit confortable
Proche du Guggenheim pour y aller à pied tôt pour acheter son billet sur place (viser 9h à l'entrée pour y être les premiers)
Nous avons pu laisser notre voiture après avoir fait le check-out de notre chambre pour visiter le musée et la ville
La terrasse était certe grande, mais elle était totalement vide, même pas une chaise pour en profiter
La chambre faisait un peu vieillote
Parking souterrain extrêmement étroit à 17,60 EUR la nuit sans réservation préalable, donc pas de garanti d'avoir une place en arrivant. Une fois garé, nous n'avons plus envie de sortir la voiture avant la fin du séjour à cause de l'étroitesse du parking

LA HABITACION ERA MUY PEQUEÑA Y DABA A UN PATIO INTERIOR. ENTIENDO QUE POR EL PRECIO DEBERÍA SER UN POCO MEJOR.
La ubicación, y el personal
La limpieza de l habitación , dejaba mucho que desear
a circa 900 metri dalla stazione metro Deusto, e a 300 metri dal Guggenheim e da Puppy. (attenzione ci si trova nella sponda del fiume opposta, quindi occorre attraversare il ponte). Si tratta della zona più tranquilla e moderna di Bilbao. Decoro urbano eccezionale, con molti parchi e giardini curatissimi. Per andare alla città vecchia si possono usare bici, metro o anche andare a piedi se si ama camminare (poco meno di 2 km.)

Muy cerrado,
Colazione varia e abbondante. Staff accogliente e disponibile. Posizione centralissima vicina al fiume e al museo principale della città.
Il bagno non proprio moderno, la vasca al posto della doccia non è preferibile. La stanza è molto piccola, al posto dei comodini una scrivania.

Stanza un po' piccola
Camera decisamente spaziosa, colazione ottima e personale molto gentile e disponibile. La posizione poi è piuttosto strategica con possibilità di parcheggio nel garage dell’hotel.
La posizione è buona, appena fuori dal centro storico. Lo staff è molto cortese, il parcheggio della struttura piccolo ma comodo.
Stanze troppo piccole, letto scomodo, bagno pensato male negli spazi. A questo prezzo non ne vale la pena.
