Pretty Average
Pros:

Pretty average stay. We were given room 248, which is in the annex part and looked out over the rear side of the building. As others have commented, this is where a lot of homeless people spend their time, so we were kept awake all night both days. The hotel didn't seem busy (April), so I'm sure if they tried, they could have allocated us other rooms.

We were also told if we skipped housekeeping, we'd be given a voucher for a free drink at the bar. That didn't happen.

The room was fine - the bathroom was clean and functional.

Two single beds and no "smarts" on the TV or anything other than Spanish channels either.

The location was good, to be fair.

Perhaps, wouldn't be rushing back.

Mixed bag
Pros:

Stayed for 3 nights B&B over Easter. First impressions were positive—great location and friendly, helpful staff throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth and the hotel generally felt clean and well-maintained.

Our first night’s sleep was excellent (though we had been up since 4am!), but unfortunately the experience went downhill after that. On the final night, noise from people outside our window carried on until after 3am, and the bed/mattress had developed a loud squeak every time we moved. It genuinely felt like a completely different room compared to the first night. Soundproofing could definitely be improved—if you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend requesting a higher floor.

Breakfast initially looked impressive with a wide selection, but the quality didn’t quite match expectations. Much of it felt fairly average and overly sugary.

The pool area was decent, but there wasn’t enough comfortable seating considering the available space. Signage around the hotel could also be clearer, as it wasn’t always obvious where to go.

Overall, a mixed stay: great location and staff, but let down by noise issues, average breakfast, and a few comfort details that could be improved.
