I didn’t like the room at all. The bed was uncomfortable, and there was no proper blanket, just a thin linen sheet. I had to take a blanket from the closet, but it didn’t have a cover.

The bathroom looked nothing like the pictures and even basic amenities such as cotton pads were missing. The check-in experience was unwelcoming. The lady didn’t explain anything about the pool towels or provide the cards needed for them.

La comida y el personal perfecto

Cons:

El acceso al gimnasio, hay que ir a la otra ala del hotel, osea bajar y subir, cuando hay una puerta de acceso a la piscina que se le podría poner una cerradura con apertura con tarjeta o código mejor y que te proporcionará el código recepción por si desde dirección se quiere tener controlado el acceso ya que la piscina en ese horario no está abierta
