Cons:

Honestly, something about how the hotel handled things really bothered me. I was traveling to Lisbon and asked for a late check-out at 3 PM. The staff member said she'd see if it was possible, then came back and said it was, but that she'd charge me €30 for those three hours. I told her, okay, let's make it 2 PM instead. She said check-out is free until 1 PM anyway. So I said fine, I'll take until 2 PM, which means I'd only be paying for one extra hour, so €10. She then told me no, I'd have to pay €20. That really upset me, because if it's possible anyway, why not make your guest happy and just make the whole thing free?

I would choose this hotel over and over again if I come to Seville in future.
Pros:

The hotel was excellent. Crystal clean, kind staff, perfect location close to city center and near to tram/bus, no noise from outside. Although breakfast options were always the same, everything was tasty with everything we love to eat, and you could order omelette/fried eggs fresh from the kitchen. Cold water was available in the entrance. Unbeatable choice for a relaxed trip. Great value for the price. Book it without hesitation.

Cons:

Only minus is that the pool is small but it wasn’t a problem at all. I enjoyed my time in the pool area.

Pros:

Staff all lovely and helpful, rooms good size, modern and clean, excellent location for transport.

Cons:

Noise in room form outside traffic and people, sounded like window was open but it wasn’t. Definitely needs some soundproofing

An unforgettable 10/10 stay with top-notch service and excellent comfort in Seville!
Pros:

Exceptional stay! The hotel is modern, extremely clean, and comfortable. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our visit. Great amenities, fantastic breakfast, and a wonderful location. Everything exceeded expectations!

Cons:

Nothing at all—everything was perfect from check-in to check-out!

Pros:

Bellissimo hotel, nuovo e molto raffinato.
Parcheggio direttamente sotto l'hotel e posizione comoda per raggiungere ogni punto della città (fermata metro e tram a pochissimi passi)

Perfecto y volveré

Todo la ubicación cerca de los cercanías metro, tranvía…..
el personal desde recepción hasta los camareros muy amable y atentos

Cons:

Pues si tengo que decir algo sería que el aire acondicionado echaba mucho aire incluso poniéndolo en el mínimo y me molestaba tenía q apagarlo y encenderlo porque sin aire hacía calor estaría mejor que no diera dirección abajo la cama que molesta por lo menos eso es lo que me a pasado a mí pero por lo demás perfecto
