Hotel bien ubicado, tranquilo y agradable.
Pros:

El personal muy amable y atento. La comida del bar del hotel me pareció muy buena. La habitación tranquila, que es lo que necesitaba.

Cons:

Por decir algo, la almohada no me resultó demasiado confortable. Pero por lo demás todo bien.

Nos gusto mucho la ubicacion y el personal

Cons:

La habitación necesitaba un mantenimiento, para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas dejaba bastante que deseear, la puerta del armario descolgada, la barandilla de la cuna no se mantenia arriba, el soporte de la jabonera del baño para las manos estaba roto.

If you’re looking for a very comfortable hotel with an excellent breakfast, this is a fantastic place to stay.
Pros:

Everything was excellent. The hotel is very comfortable, the pool is great, and the breakfast is outstanding with a wide variety of options. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The rooms are comfortable, everything worked perfectly, and our stay went exactly as planned. We had an excellent experience.

Cons:

This is not really a problem with the hotel, but rather with our choice of location. Although the hotel is very close to Plaza de España, most of Seville’s main attractions are quite far away. We ended up spending much more time than expected getting around the city, which made sightseeing a little less convenient.

Hotel óptimo pero le falta mejorar detalles para las estrellas y el precio por noche .

Si desayuno y el personal

Cons:

No haya cafetera en la habitación en un hotel de 4 estrellas , y no tengan el detalle de poner una botella de agua de cortesía , el confort de las almohadas mejorables .

A short stay in beautiful Sevilla
Pros:

This hotel is just in the right location not too far from the main attractions and very near to public transport (San Bernardo Metro and Train Station) and tram stop. The room is well appointed and seems newly renovated. All staff we interacted were friendly and courteous. The pool looks amazing but we didn't stay long enough to try it. I would return in the future.
