A few days in Serville
Pros:

We had a pleasant stay overall. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was good. We had a small fridge and toiletries provided. Everything was clean and well maintained. The TV did not have UK channels, and there were no tea/coffee facilities or bathrobes unless requested.

The location is excellent, with the metro, local buses, and tram all very close by. We didn’t eat in the hotel, but there are plenty of cafés and a supermarket nearby.

Our room faced the university—there was some noise on one night, but otherwise it was fine.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would return.
We completed a tour of the cathedral and climbed the tower. Plaza España is worth a visit, the parks are lovely.
Seville is well worth a visit, you won’t be disappointed.

First time visit to Seville
Pros:

Superb location to walk into town, or catch a tram. Airport bus stops outside. Very good value with a comprehensive breakfast buffet.
Hotel was very clean and rooms were a good size.

Excellent customer service
Pros:

Customer service levels are outstanding, the hotel staff go over and above to look after guests and nothing is too much trouble. Location is fantastic and beds and pillows are super comfortable. Myself and my family will definitely be back as super impressed.

Fantastic Seville Family Hotel Option
Pros:

Excellent stay for our five night family trip to Seville. Great location, not too central, 20 minute walk into the centre (Cathedral Giralda etc), and the tram is right across the road and only 3 stops to the Cathedral. Lots of eating options within 5 minutes of the hotel. Breakfast was well stocked and there were plenty of options. Room was cleaned every day and kept exceptionally clean. The bedroom (Junior Suite) was perfect for us, bathroom was very spacious and a powerful shower. Staff were always polite, and our 12pm checkout and luggage storage were convenient on our last day with a late flight.
