Your pictures and ratings helped me make my decision. They are deceiving. The pool was closed majority of our time there. We were distrub by family above us with playing kids. Which sounded like they were going to fall through upon us. Because I prepaid through Hotels.com I was told they could not adjust what I paid. Offered points and a drink to us. But only one of us got the points. I wasn’t able to get any and the stay is booked under me. Hotel was clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast could have also been better for price. Most hotels offer free breakfast.

My room keys deactivated daily. I was on the second floor and every time the guests Annie me on the third floor walked around I could hear them stomping.

Pros:

Most Holiday Inn hotels provide free breakfast. This one reported they have made to order breakfast. No. The breakfast was the same stuff you get for free at other places but put on a plate fast and brought to your table for 14 dollars a plate. Not even warm.
