Clean room, decent breakfast

Undergoing renovations but the staff is super friendly and accommodating.
The bed was super comfortable as were the pillows.
I have zero complaints. It was a great overnight stay.

The property looks run down from the outside. Front desk staff was very nice and accommodating however our room had some concerns. The bed sheets had hair, the bed skirts were stained and the bed was not made up neatly, was wrinkly. The sofa was old and had stains. One of the phones weren’t working. There were no other rooms available and the cleaning staff already left for the day so we decided to leave.

Delicious fresh made by the cup coffee, nice breakfast, very clean, rooms nicely decorated, nice walk-in shower, friendly front desk personal.

Friendly staff and front desk check in. Property is a bit older with noticeable wear and tear but it is in the process of remodeling. It should be really nice when finished. Although the condition might be a bit worn currently, the rooms, lobby, and breakfast were kept very clean by the maids.

It has a very clean and comfortable hotel.

The place was under construction, but communication about the construction was good. I thought the accommodations were clean and comfortable. My niece loved the breakfast (biscuits and gravy). The large fridge was a surprise! More than anything, the staff was probably the kindest that I have met anywhere--and in much higher-end hotels. They were worth the stay.

Renovations going on so if your looking for a quiet stay i dont recommend but overall once the workers leave its quiet.

Everything was fine

It was easily accessible from I-4. Bed was comfortable. Room was as very clean. They were renovating which was much needed. Just wish they would have cleaned rooms during our stay and provided more towels.

Very clean and staff was great anything you needed they were right there was not happy when the elevator broke down because they only have one but it was back up and running in no time I would definitely stay here again

The room was clean and the breakfast was good, the negative things were told to me upon arrival. Under construction, water limited certain times, slowest elevator, pool out of commission, but I had booked where I couldn’t cancel so we stayed.

They are in process of remodeling and things will be great when they are finished
The staff were excellent. Every one did an excellent job. I will definitely stay there again.

The day check in lady kate was extremely friendly, night desk not so much. Entire baseball team booked beer for our tournament. Our boys were respectful, but boys will be boys and the night desk person felt they should just sit in the rooms from 8pm to 8am, very frustrating how rude she was. Hotel is under construction, so water shut on and off. Was not told that prior to stay being booked. Definitely needs to be upgraded.
