En plus de son emplacement idéal, l'hôtel propose un service parfait. Le personnel est attentionné et très gentil. Réception ouverte 24h/24h.

Lo mejor de este hotel es su ubicación y precio, está muy bien ubicado, a 5 minutos o menos del puente de Rialto.
Calidad precio bien. No es un hotel que te va a sorprender pero tampoco a decepcionar por lo que estás pagando.
El desayuno bien, cumple todos los básicos para poder desayunar y marchar a visitar la ciudad: café, zumos, tostadas, embutidos, fruta, yogures y dulce. Agradecimos los paraguas de cortesia para los días de lluvia

La habitación es pequeña, muy mona pero pequeña en nuestro caso.

Very central location, between St Marcus square and Rialto bridge. The breakfast was good too and the staff very helpful.

Cons:

The bed was not comfortable. I asked for a double bed, my request was approved and instead got two single beds, which could not fit anyone over 1.80cm.

A great hotel.
Pros:

The location is excellent for exploring Venice. No steps from the water boat service from Rialto 2, which is a bonus when you are laden down with luggage. The room was clean and the water pressure from the shower was powerful. The toiletries were topped up daily. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included. I am coeliac, so can't eat gluten. When I asked if Gluten Free bread was available, I expected the reply to be "no" but the waitress returned with NOT JUST Gluten Free bread, also crackers, a GF roll and a muffin. It was the best GF bread I have tasted anywhere in the world. The reception is staffed 24/7 which is reassuring. Will definitely go back again.

Pros:

Location is very central, with restaurants and bars just outside the property. Room is small but quite normal for Venice standard, but it was warm and comfortable (winter trip). Buffet breakfast was good, staff was nice and helpful.
