It was comfortable, breakfast was great, great location.

Good location. Breakfast was great!
Helpful staff and clean place.

Cons:

Towels smelled like humidity. We couldn’t use the bath towels on the last night. Had to use the hand towels.

Beautiful hotel in an ideal location
Pros:

I would definitely recommend to stay at this hotel in Venice. Ideal location and close to all main sites and to explore all the different districts. Rooms are spacious and give off old Venetian vibes. The breakfast served in the hotel offers great variety and staff are very helpful.

Cons:

Noting to dislike about the hotel.

Sehr schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Zimmer sind im typisch venezianischen Stil eingerichtet. Alles war sauber. Angenehm war die Klimaanlage, die an warmen Tagen für eine angenehme Temperatur sorgt.
Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist der Aufzug im Hotel.

Die Lage ist super: Das Vaporetto ist in nur etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Geschäfte befinden sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Venedig sehr gerne wieder.

Great location and close to everything in Venice. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Rooms are smallish but most are in Venice. Has a small elevator so you don't have issues with your suitcases.

Prime location, good value for the money, VERY clean:
Pros:

The location, the cleanliness, the staff being very attentive. I also liked the pillow, which for me does not happen often.

Cons:

The faucet of the bathroom sink was a little stuck but nothing that we could not manage. We did not bother the reception about it.
