Beware if you need an accessible room; confusing multilevel hotel layout
Pros:

Breakfast was ok, standard hotel fair. Hot items only ok.

Cons:

Accessibility at this hotel is a joke. It is multilevel, and when I asked about the rooms, they kept saying, can you walk a few stairs. The women at the desk were really trying to help, but would not try to stay in accessible room again.

Very comfortable place to stop on a drive through Tennessee.
Pros:

The Breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We liked the 1st floor patio room with access to our vehicle.

Cons:

The hallway carpet could smell fresher, but the room with hardwood floors was clean and comfortable.

We will stay again next year.
Pros:

The Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Room was clean. The continental breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

If you get a balcony room there is a chance it may smell like smoke. When people smoke on the balcony they don't shut the glass door going inside.

My stay was decent but not as expected and very overpriced.
Pros:

Breakfast had a decent amount of choices for food and drinks.

Cons:

The ice machine that you're supposed to use for your cups was out of order as was the ice machine on floors 1 and 2. The pictures online were deceiving as they showed much more updated rooms and bathrooms and when I got there that was not the case. I would have stayed somewhere else for the money I had to pay.

Left and moved to different hotel - UNACCEPTABLE - your rating on the website needs to be changed.
Pros:

NOTHING - left and moved to different hotel

Cons:

HORRIBLE conditions - did not stay. The rooms were dirty, there were rat pellets on stairs and HUGE rat traps outside. The beds looked like someone had slept in them.

This is a fantastic hotel
Pros:

I loved the breakfast, hot an cold choices. The pool was fantastic. Room was very clean an staff was always nice an on point! I will always stay here if needed again an I will always recommend this hotel! The cookies an cappuccino machine in the lobby 24 hours was the perfect touch!

Cons:

The only complaint I had was the elevator was broke the whole first day an I have trouble with stairs. But by the second morning it was fixed an no more problems.
