We didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast but it looked delicious
The room coffee maker didn’t work and when I tried to call the desk, the phone rang forever so until finally the desk lady came to the door. She didn’t offer to bring another.
The TV needed a guide.

About everything. Staff was very nice. Food was very good. Room was very clean. Hotel in general was very clean. Pool was really nice and clean.
It was slightly off the beaten path, but not too far. Housekeeping came by very early and just kept knocking on the door until someone woke up and answered the door. It was our first night there and we didn't really need anything from housekeeping at that time.

The coffee machine in the lobby, and great breakfast. Front desk staff was responsive to a noise complaint and request for better housekeeping.
Arrived back to half made beds. Not extremely clean overall, but acceptable. Property seems a bit run down.
Breakfast was wonderful and kept very filled the entire time. All the staff was so kind and helpful. Loved the coffee machine in the lobby too. It was a wonderful stay and I wish we could have stayed longer!

From start to finish arriving to the hotel, the lady at the desk was very helpful very friendly very professional. The location of the best western in Morristown Tennessee was wonderful. The rooms were very clean and the bathrooms and just overall great experience.

Staff was friendly. All facilities were clean. Breakfast was great! Pool was clean. Hotel was quiet.
Elevator was a little sketchy. It popped and cracked A LOT and acted like it wanted to stop every time we were in it.
