Pros:

Sin duda todo un acierto de hotel para conocer Segovia, está muy céntrico cerca del acueducto y todos los puntos de interés. La habitación era bastante grande y equipada con todo incluso con planchas de pelo y plancha de planchar, cosa que no había visto antes en ningún hotel. Por otro lado el personal del hotel tuvo el detallazo de dejarnos en la habitación una postal escrita y una cajita de bombones además de una invitación para un cóctel de bienvenida. Encantadísima con todo 100% recomendado, muchas gracias.

Pros:

La habitación muy cómoda y confortable. El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente casi al lado del Acueducto y te permite moverte fácilmente. La atención del personal impecable así como los detalles que hicieron de nuestra estancia una experiencia formidable.

Proximite du centre ville, historique, bon petit dejeuner

Cons:

Assez rustique, equipements peu modernes, salle de bain aux miroirs ridicules, chambre bruyante (couloir, voisin), pas de parking a l’hotel, parking public prix hotel 20€ cher

El detalle de bienvenida, la amplitud de la habitación, todo estaba muy limpio y cuidado. Las chicas de recepción y del bar fueron muy agradables y simpáticas

Warm recommendation
Pros:

Lovely hotel with competent and helpful staff. Great location, within walking distance of most things in Segovia. Good breakfast. Warm recommendation from us.

Cons:

Only small thing we missed was the option to by a cold beer or a glass of wine in the afternoon. But many shops nearby so not really a problem.

La ubicación

Cons:

Nos hicieron esperar casi una hora para entregar la habitación ( 4 pm).
La habitación estaba sucia. Las mesillas llenas de
Polvo. Las ventanas daban a un tejado. Una pena.
El ascensor está entre pisos por lo que hay que subir escaleras. Incomodisimo sobre todo para personas mayores.

La zona, limpieza, personal, todo en general

Cons:

En el desayuno ponen pocas cantidades de todo, se agota y hay que esperar a que lo repongan, a veces se enfría el resto; no es muy grande la zona pero hay muchas mesas y no se puede estar esperando por el pan ,leche etc; hay que poner más cantidad de acorde con la gente que cabe en el comedor
