Hôtel de caractère
Pros:

Excellent petit déjeuner.
Possibilité de laisser ses bagages après le check out
possibilité de se garer devant l'hôtel pour déposer ses bagages
petit frigo et bouilloire, machine à café et café et thé à disposition

Cons:

les chambres sont toutes différentes. La notre était grande, donnant sur le petit jardin. Mais l'équipement faisait un peu vieillot. Le tapis était complétement corné au coin, l'éclairage à revoir car pas de lampe de chevet, juste de fils avec lampe de chaque côté du lit. Impossible de lire car cela éclaire très peu et pas de lampe de chevet. Il faut donc laisser la lumière de la chambre : compliqué si une des deux personnes veut dormir.

Pas de parking : un parking pas loin pour 20 euros les 24 h

Great stay, just steps away from the wall! Free parking a 10 min walk away
Pros:

Good location, free parking 5 mins away but able to use drop off zone right outside for bags. Free welcome cocktail. Quality towels and bedlinen. Free tea and coffee in room and water in the fridge

Cons:

Asked for quiet room but it wasn’t that quiet! Facing road with few local bars opposite although they were quiet overnight.Luckily hotel seemed quiet so not too many banging doors . Very poor internet.

Pros:

Hôtel traditionnel typique, nous avons tout aimé, la chambre, le cocktail de bienvenue, le petit-déjeuner, le sourire du personnel. Le style est certes manque un peu de modernité, mais tout est très bien entretenu. La chambre famille est très confortable et pratique. On peut garer la voiture dans la zone bleue en face de l’hôtel pour 1.7€ toutes les deux heures (app EasyPark)

Charming hotel in spectacular city
Pros:

The hotel building was at one time a small palace owned by the Berganza family. It is therefore rather charmingly idiosyncratic. It is also quite homely compared to modern hotels. Set in a little, quiet back-street, it is close to the formidable Roman aqueduct and the interesting but very touristy old town of Segovia. Our room and bathroom were spacious and the breakfast good. There were a couple of family restaurants across the street, one of which gave us dinner in splendid isolation in the room into which a large wedding party was about to be disgorged from the bar.

Cons:

The hotel was very much to our liking but Segovia cathedral, which we really wanted to see and was due to be open (and free) on the Sunday morning, was closed for a special event.
