Centralt läge med mycket på gångavstånd.
Fick en rum utan fönster trots att det stod i rumsbeskrivningen att det var utsikt mot innergården. Vi fick byta mot ett rum med fönster efter att vi klagat. Dålig ventilation!

Die Lage des Hotels ist super ! Plaza de Catalunya 2 Minuten zu Fuss, ebenso die Rambla. Startort und Zielort bei Palaza de Catalunya für Hopp on hopp off Busse für beide Routen.
Viele Geschäfte wie Corte ingles, Primark, Zara, H&M etc. Auch das Hard Rock Café ist gleich in der Nähe
La atencion
El personal (la que me atendió cada vez que llamé para rogar que no me cancelara la reserva), seguía marcando mi tarjeta como No Válida una y otra vez, sin ninguna razón y mentía diciendo que me había enviado un enlace de pago para garantizar mi reserva. Al final, como mágica, cuando estaba a unos minutos de llegar (alrededor de mediodía) canceló mi reserva, en un día que una noche costaba 330 € y el próximo hotel, 450€. Supongo que querría aprovechar la ola de precios y poder vender la habitación a un precio mayor.

Very clean and friendly. Great location.
The breakfast buffet had plenty to choose from although by the 4 day it seemed repetitive. But that isn’t a complaint. You made your own coffee from two machines so you could drink as much as you want. Good for American coffee drinkers. The location was wonderful. Close to busses and metro. We loved the location of this hotel for just taking off on a walk and exploring— the beautiful Gothic area, strolling La Rambia and Pg. de Gracia.we also enjoyed the old architecture of the hotel. We walked to be beach areas where there were bathrooms a cafes open, people playing volleyball and lots of activity.
These are not big complaints. The elevator door on the main floor opens and had to be careful not to hit people. But that’s not a big complaint. We didn’t get replacement towels one day but, the maid on our floor brought them quickly.
Fabulous staff, good location. Will be back.
