Pros:

Este pentru a doua oara cand venim aici, totul a fost perfect cu evolutie serioasa la servicii si respect pentru clienti. Sigur vom reveni si in viitor. Restaurantul este clar in evolutie, mic dejunul la superlativ.

Distanta de Como pare mare din cauza traficului...si sincer e cam departe, dar frumusetea locului merita tot efortul.

Vacaciones de ensueño.
Pros:

Nos gusto todo muchísimo! Han sido unas vacaciones de ensueño. El hotel es una pasada. Calma, descanso, naturaleza, gastronomía...
Ya lo estoy recomendando a familiares y amigos.
Los empleados del buffet y restaurante no podían ser más amables y profesionales.
Estaban pendientes en todo momento para que no faltase de nada.

Cons:

Es cierto, que después de 5 desayunos se repetía mucho la comida del buffet y no era tan variada como en otros hoteles.
Es nuestra única pega por decir algo. Nos hubiese gustado un poco más de variedad en fiambres y panes, sobretodo por los niños, pero dulces habían muchísimos.
De lo que había todo buenísimo y si querías te cocinaban a parte otra cosa.

Le Personnel très professionnel, l’hôtel et ses infrastructures de grandes qualités, le spa exceptionnel ainsi que les jardins très jolis et bien entretenus et la qualité du petit déjeuner

Wunderschöne Anlage, aber die mangelnde Sauberkeit unserer Suite hat unseren Aufenthalt leider so stark beeinträchtigt,

Die Lage, die Idee eine Burg zum Hotel umzubauen, die gepflegte Anlage.

Cons:

Unsere Suite war sehr verschmutzt, auf dem Boden, unter dem Bett, in den Schränken in jeder Ecke des Zimmers, auf allen Gegenständen wie Kaffeemaschine oder das Telefon lag dicke Staubschicht, die auch bei täglichen Reinigung nicht beseitigt wurde. Im Bad genau dasselbe, die verschmutzte, abgenutzte Klobürste für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie- ein no go. In jeder Ecke Staub und Haare.
