Signori si nasce.
Pros:

E’ un Castello, prestigioso che crea un atmosfera magica e grandi aspettative di comfort e servizi di livello.

Cons:

Nella mia camera, manca una macchina del
caffè, una bottiglia d’acqua filtrata con sapore di cloro non la reputo una gentilezza, al ristorante, troppa gente di servizio al tavolo, che interrompe i dialoghi degli ospiti per cambio posate, aggiunta di acqua nel bicchiere ed altro. Nel tonno Tataki i funghi porcini anche NO. Al check out, mi e’ stato insistentemente richiesto di onorare un conto del bar della Spa che non mi riguardava. Nonostante abbia subito chiarito che l’errore era loro e che non avevo consumato alcunché al bar, ho dovuto provare che la mia firma non fosse quella sul la ricevuta in mani loro. Non ti aspetti una barbonaggine di questo tipo in un hotel di questo livello.

Pros:

The hotel was amazing and the pictures don’t do it justice. The grounds were immaculate, the hotel was gorgeous and my room was fabulous. The staff were excellent, the food was lovely & it was a great location for exploring. We took a day trip to Bellagio and also took a day trip to Monza for the F1 and the hotel was a great base location.

Je trouve dommage qu'il n'y ai pas une salle de fitness (vélos, tapis de marche, etc...). Très bien!
Pros:

propreté, discrétion.
Petit déjeuné: beaucoup de choix, très bon!
Piscine: très agréable.

Cons:

Manque une salle de fitness ou au moins quelques vélos et tapis de marche car il est impossible de marcher à l'extérieure de l'hôtel (car pas de trottoirs pour les piétons). Je ne pouvais pas me baigner dans la piscine (raisons de santé) et du coup, j'aurais voulu faire du vélo statique ou du tapis de marche. Dommage!
