Hôtel élégant
Pros:

J’ai particulièrement apprécié le petit-déjeuner, varié et de qualité, avec un cuisinier qui prépare des omelettes et d’autres plats à la demande. Le restaurant est également une très belle surprise : nous y avons très bien mangé et le service était attentionné et agréable. La piscine extérieure, le jardin avec ses nombreux espaces de détente (chaises longues et lits doubles) ainsi que le spa, avec sa tisanerie, ses espaces de relaxation et les massages proposés, ont rendu le séjour très plaisant.

Cons:

L’hôtel est bruyant le soir en raison des événements organisés sur place. Dommage, je l’avais choisi pour me reposer au calme.

Disappointing
Pros:

the pool and the surrounding area were very well kept

Cons:

There are many things to consider. I'll start with the fact that, when you're charging almost €400 a night per couple, you expect guests to be treated with care. We didn't get it, and in fact, we felt cheated when we were given a free upgrade at check-in, putting us in a room that was completely inside a wedding they were holding. There was zero privacy inside the room; we couldn't change, except in the dark. I find this to be a truly horrible service for a place like this. At check-out, we weren't even offered a coffee before leaving. A couple of our friends were also treated badly by the staff. It's not a place for Italians; in fact, that feeling is completely missing. It's frequented by many tourists, but judging by how they treat Italians, I don't think they're very considerate in general. I don't recommend it.

Bellissima esperienza
Pros:

Accoglienza alla reception perfetta,bellissimo il giardino e la spa.
Camera bella grande e pulita.
Buonissima la cena,optato per il menù degustazione da 7 portate,ed era buonissimo,poco meno di ..90 e euro per le 7 portate,fatto il bis col dolce!
Colazione abbondante e veramente Buonissima.

Cons:

Ristorante Le Cru,caspita,ci sono 2 anche 3 errori che non si possono fare,se li applicate meglio ci potrebbe scappare anche una Stella!
