Pros:

The staff at reception was very welcoming and helpful and also enjoyed breakfast with staff that was pro active and made sure we got what we needed.

Cons:

The dinner i had which was the fish tasted weird. Its like it was grilled while still frozen so it was soggy and cold on the inside and didn't taste like grilled fish.

Outside passage lights Stay on through the night so its difficult to get a decent night's sleep.

Clean and Modern Room, But Several Service Issues
Pros:

The room itself was clean, modern and comfortable. The staff were fairly friendly. Unfortunately, there were several aspects of the stay that fell short.

Cons:

Check-in: We waited far too long to receive our keys.
Drinks: While waiting, I ordered a cocktail and was told they don’t serve cocktails. Later that evening, I noticed cocktails listed on the menu, which was confusing.
Room Service: There was no menu in the room, so we had to call reception first, who then contacted the restaurant to send someone with a menu.
Noise: Our room was located close to the dining area, and the kitchen staff were extremely noisy early on Sunday morning (between 6 and 7), which disrupted our rest.
Curtains: The small window let in a lot of light, making it difficult to sleep.
Breakfast: The buffet offered a wide selection, but unfortunately the food was served extremely cold.
Overall, while the accommodation itself was pleasant, the service inconsistencies and lack of attention to detail made the experience less enjoyable than expected.

Works as an overnight hotel if you need rest in the area. Wouldn’t consider it for a holiday or leisure stay.

Spacious room

Cons:

Phone didn’t work. Bath tub tap didn’t work. The walls are thinner than paper - heard more than we would prefer from our neighbours from all angles.
