The front desk staff and the breakfast room staff were excellent.
The breakfast was excellent -good choices, carefully prepared, very nice breakfast room.
The location, so near Trinity College and National Art Museum and many great restaurants and cafes, was excellent.
The bed was comfy.
The room, which was described as small, was too small. There was no room for a chair, a small desk or table, or suitcase stands. The bed was lifted on higher legs so that the suitcases could slide under it, but the lack of even a small desk and somewhere to sit to use the computer or write something was difficult. There were very few outlets to use.

It was very central and a beautiful building

Our room was exceptionally small with a sink at the bottom of the bed .
We had to climb 6 flights of stairs difficult when you are 80 !! Breakfast was poor bacon and sausage overcooked with mushrooms like bullets and egg too runny

The service and room itself was nice
No disability access, our room was up 6 flights of stairs and my husband has such a bad back that we left early despite paying for late because we couldn't handle the stairs being the only way up or down
The breakfast was horrible, we were asked to book a time for breakfast and they weren't ready, what was the point in having a reservation for breakfast if we had to wait anyways
I ended up getting food poisoning after breakfast
The eggs were serverly undercooked and if we wanted anything removed, they didn't offer a substitute even when we offered to pay more

Die Lage war O.K, die Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen und wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Aussicht zur Tiefgarage, die Tag und Nacht ein konstanten Belüftungsgebläse anhatte- Nachts viel zu Laut. Wir kamen mit einem Mietauto, dass wir dort untergestellt haben- doch viel zu teuer über 50€ am Tag, damit ist die Unterkunft mit Auto nicht zu empfehlen. Zimmer nach hinten auch nicht.
