Pros:

Included breakfast very night. Also had dinner in the restaurant which was very nice. Accomodated my luggage when I arrived well before check-in time.

Cons:

A bit of a hike to the room given there is no lift. Staff did take my luggage up and down from the room.
One incident of staff smoking just outside the front entrance an irritant.

First time in Dublin so wanted a nice property in a good location - Trinity Townhouse was perfect.
Pros:

Location was amazing, across the street from Trinity College and very close to several museums and Grafton Street. Excellent hot breakfast! Also very quiet, but this may depend on the room.

Cons:

Nothing

City Centre Hotel
Pros:

Location very convenient to Grafton Street, Museums and Galleries.
My “cosy” room was located in the annexe just across the street, in a renovated townhouse. The building is elegantly restored: beautiful fresh flowers and smart furnishings.

My double room was on the small side: perhaps best suited to a single traveller rather than a couple, but had everything one would need for a short stay in Dublin.

Note: there are no lifts, so if you have difficulties with carrying luggage up a flight or two, do request a room on a lower floor.

Breakfast was served in the main building : a good choice of dishes to cater for all appetites.

Recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a “boutique” style hotel in the city centre.

Cons:

Nothing

Very convenient stay.
Pros:

The staff were fiendly and helpful and the breakfast was fantastic. The location is very central and convenient.

Cons:

The room was too small and did not meet our expectations. After previously experience with this venue the room was a definite disappointment. There were issues with the room facilities which were disappointing, but I was pleased to see the hotel management were attempting to handle their maintenance issues. Unfortunately that doesn't make the room any larger.

Pros:

Beautiful place to call home while in Dublin…
Pros:

Gorgeous, small hotel tucked away in the city centre. It’s so quiet you wouldn’t know you’re in the capital. Rooms are beautiful with big comfy beds and beautiful linen. Breakfast is excellent and staff are lovely ❤️
