Good choice
Pros:

I see many people mention that the rooms at this property do not look like the photos but our room looked exactly like the main photo and had a beautiful view over the river and opening windows which was lovely. It was large and the bed was very comfortable. The vending machine in the lobby and free hot chocolate was great but by FAR the best thing going for this property is its location. We walked to Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, Arc De Triomphe and everything in between.
The only 2 bad things I would mention is that the air conditioning is poor and they will not EVER check anyone in early, regardless of circumstances. Seems to be policy.

Pros:

Die Lage ist top. Das geht fast nicht besser.
Nettes Personal. Küchenzeile ist extrem praktisch und hier der unique selling Point.

Cons:

Es hat nichts mit den Bildern zu tun. Diese sind deutlich geschönt. Die Betten sind schlecht zum liegen und verschieben sich ständig. Für den Preis wurde anhand der Bilder einfach mehr erwartet und nicht erfüllt.

Stayed 4 nights with one-year-old twins. Room keys didn’t work on arrival, and we were told we would have to get a staff member to escort us every time we needed to get into our room. No air conditioning for our whole stay— with two infants sweating in the heat, we waited over an hour for a “technician” on night one with no fix. The alternative room offered also had no AC and was a downgrade from the apartment we’d booked.
We were then moved to a lower-category room for 3 of our 4 nights, with no compensation offered. Cleaning staff also barged into our original room while we were still moving out, rushing us out. Our sink was clogged for over 24 hours and never fixed.
We sent a detailed written complaint after being told no manager was available at checkout. Almost 3 weeks later, still no response. Poor service, poor maintenance, and zero follow-through on a serious complaint. Would not recommend, particularly for families with young kids.

Pros:

A equipe foi muito atenciosa. Ao reservar pedi que o um dos quartos fosse mantido o mesmo da reserva que eu tinha para o dia seguinte e a pessoa prontamente atendeu meu pedido.
O hotel é muito bem localizado, com uma pequena cozinha que é muito vantagiosa. Quartos confortáveis, banheiro com banheira, quartos limpos e vista linda.,

Excellent property with nice amenities and space!
Pros:

The location of this place was fabulous. We loved walking around in the neighborhood and the easy access for Bolt and public transportation. The room was very spacious for Paris standards and the little kitchenette was great to have! The view isn't great, but the ability to open the window was! Also nice to have access to tea/coffee in the lobby.

Cons:

The beds were on wheels and really moved around as you get settled in. Not great if you are an active sleeper, but overall wasn't that big of a deal.
